Dressing for Palo

We always wear suits with a tie -- we enjoy dressing up one night for dinner.

I reread and thought I would post this off my OB Vow Renewal Contract:

Palo Policies:
Dress code: Please no jeans, t-shirts, shorts, tank tops or beachwear. A jacket or tie is recommended for men and a pant suit or dress for women.

Me, too. My wife would appreciate it, and she wants to wear something that would look out of place next to somebody in just a button down shirt. To wear anything less would be disrespectful towards my wife.

We have always dressed in our formal night clothes for Palo..but this isn't a formal wedding, so therefore..no suits and ties

DH wears a suit and tie too. Fine establishments, whether it be an upscale restaurant on a cruise or one in a big city, usually it's proper etiquette to wear a jacket. That's why Disney recommends it.

In the Panama Cruise, information packet, that arrived this week for me, it states that Palo is recommended for dinner to be the same as semi formal night and that includes shirt and jacket, tie optional. Suit is an option, but Jacket preferable.
