What is the dress for the 3 night cruise (aside from the standard no shorts rules). Is there a formal night? Are there any theme nights? Anything special I need to take for my upcoming 3 nighter? TIA!

We were on the 3 day this past June. There were no formal or themed nights, but we followed the recommendations from DCL.
For Tritons, my DH and DS wore jackets and ties, as did my DH when we went to Palos. My 2 DD's wore sundresses each evening, and I wore a pantsuit or dress, a dressier outfit when we were at Palos and Tritons. At Animator's, my DH and DS wore nice pants and a polo shirt, and at Parrot Cay, my DS wore the same thing (that was the night my DH and I went to Palos). We saw ALL types of dress, but most people were dressed according to the guidelines.

DH & I are taking our two grown sons on the 3-day cruise next summer. The thought of hauling 3 sportcoats across the country for two nights does not appeal to me. Since DH & I have been on the 3-day twice before, the guys will all wear shirts, ties, khakis and dress shoes. DH was the only one in Lumiere's with a sportcoat and many of the men at Palo's did not have jackets on. I think they can get away with it on the 3-day cruise.
