Just over two weeks before we go now  but i am having weird dreams about are upcoming holiday :confused3 it has happened the last 4 nights, the dreams are about nothing in particular but they are always about me being on holiday. Does anyone else get this before they go away :confused3 I dont remember it happening the last couple of times we have been, or maybe im the only strange person :teeth:

I had a dream last night that I was in the Mickey Mouse suit and I couldn't understand why all my firends and family (who, very strangely were ALL at WDW) didn't recognise me.

The weirdest thing is I was talking like MM as well (and they don't even speak when they're suited up!) :rotfl:

So, no, it's not just you. It's probably the underlying excitement/stress/whatever of going on holiday.

Me too, last night i dreamt i had got a job so we could have more money to spend whilst we were there, but it was as a waitress in a men only joint and i had to wear a bunny girl outfit but with mickey ears ( this is a horrific thought as i do not have the body for a bunny girl outfit!) The closer we get the stranger the dreams are!!!

Before we go I always have awful dreams that when we get there its become an absolute dump! I can remember one dream I had in which the Magic Kingdom was all overgrown and the most of the rides had closed, the pavements were cracked and there were gypsies there! It must just be excitement and anxiety that causes these dreams.

Did you eat too much cheese before you went to sleep ;) ::MickeyMo

I had a dream I got on the plane to Toronto and left my son behind, I was aware in my dream that he was in the airport and I was looking through the window on the plane and could see his little face crying and looking at me but I couldn't get up 'cos the seat belt light was on and I was strapped in! the daft thing was when I woke up (really upset and crying) he came into my room saying he'd had a nightmare that I'd left him behind on holiday!

DW Mandy had a dream last weekend that we were stuck on a train in a tunnel (Eurostar??) and the tunnel was flooding with water. Aren`t dreams often a manifestation of our deepest fears / desires? She has proven psychic abilities, just hope she is wrong this time :rotfl:

Phew I am so glad its not just me then :teeth:

I dreamt the other day that I was mowing the grass in the Magic Kingdom, but my lawn mower broke (our's really has broken!) and I was worrying as it was almost opening time, and all the grass looked untidy and I was gonna get the sack!
So, I got my scissors out and started cutting the grass with my scissors, just so that the MK would look lovely for all the guests who were arriving.
Now that's dedication!!

Well done Tink, thanks for making the effort for us :rotfl2:
by the way, my grass is looking a bit long at home, fancy popping round?

Yup, I'll pop home to collect my 'scissors' and I'll be over soon!!!

On a completely different subject to WDW dreams (after Kernow_Clan's comment about psychic abilities), I must tell you about my DH's dream.

Two years ago, we bought a brand new house. We put a reservation on it before the foundations were even dug. As it was brand new, we got to choose the tiles, carpets, kitchen units etc.

Fast forward to 4 months later, we were going to see our new house for the very first time. The night before, DH had a dream that the house had the wrong kitchen units in it. We laughingly told the lady who was going to take us round the house and she said it would be very unlikely as she'd been doing the job 15 years and had NEVER had an incident where the wrong kitchen units had been installed.

Anyway, we get into the house and, you guessed it, the wrong kitchen had been put in. None of us could believe it :confused3

Now, my DH very rarely remembers his dreams (he even denies that he has dreams but eveybody does so I know that's not true) so how strange was it that the one dream he actually remembered was so true!!!

Funny my DH sayd he never dreams, maybe its a male thing :)

My DH always says he never dreams either. He says he muct be too tired to dream :confused3

Before we go i always have dreams about something happening to the plane on take off or while we are in the air. I have also dreamt that the plane had to drive through London in rush hour to take off from London Bridge, but when we got there another plane was coming from the opposite direction and we broke the bridge :confused3 Dreams can be very strange :)

Weird- Michelle I had a really similar dream prior to our last holiday, that our plane had to drive on the ground from Heathrow to Gatwick via the city- as we were driving along the wings were knocking all the buildings down and bits of the plane were fallling off....then we got to some countryside and had to stop because the plane couldn't drive over a big hill! We all got off the plane and had a picnic in a field. I woke up before finding out if we ever made it to our destination!

I always do before a holiday. I think it is something to do with it being on your mind.

Though I did dream about Orlando and a psychopath last night, ended up getting stranded there, not a pleasant dream. I think it came about from thinking about Orlando and watching the last part of Marian Again last night (there was a psychopath in that). :)

I always have strange dreams before I go on holiday.
Usually I dream its the last few days of the holiday and I haven't done anything I wanted to do. Must be something to do with all the planning it usually involves ;)
It's always a nice feeling to wake up and know that it's still to come though. :teeth:

I had a bizarre dream last night that my dh and I were in our hotel room at ASMO and I realised that I had forgotten to bring any spending money! We were having a huge row and then I realised that Carolfoy and Mandymouse were staying in the next room and could hear everything my dh were shouting at each other and I felt really embarrassed!

Its Ok Jen Mandy and I won't tell anyone what you said :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
we're very discreet :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
