I think Marla is great !! i cant understand all the other bad posts lately
i could have done all the work myself by why ?? thats why we have DU
i even tried to tell my friend to use them but she said she could do it herself
oh well....

My one experience with DU was several years ago, and was positive. It was for a very simple room only reservation and I haven't transacted business with them recently. FWIW, though, I was happy with the service way back when.

I think Marla is great too. She booked three of my last four trips. (I rent DVC point for one trip) Each time the AP rate was announced, Marla changed my reservation to that before I even had a chance to ask her. I don't think you can go wrong with her.
