Very interesting...i would think you WOULD get he money back...but I have no real idea. I hope someone actually knows the answer to this because I want to know also!

We booked our first cruise straight through DCL then changed to DU. We had not paid the whole balance just the down payment. We remainder less the discounts. I would assume that you would get a refund or a stateroom credit through DU...
Nope, you can't do this. In order to transfer the ressie, it must be booked, but can't be paid in full. We had wanted to use DU for our Jan 03 trip, but it was within 60 days of sailing that we booked, and DU was closed when our hold was about to expire, so we just booked direct with DCL.

If u have an onboard credit say from rebooking on the ship ... it remains intact so the $200.00 crdit we got we still have , and we swithed to dreams..... Not sure if other sourses of onboard remain in affect but that one does,,,
