Dreams Unlimited??????

My DU agent is also Beth C, she is wonderful!! We have changed from 8 people to 4 people and back to 8 and 2 different resorts in the last 2 months. Beth is very helpful and has made great suggestions for our large goup. The best thing was when I got home from work today there was an e-mail waiting for me from Beth, she had applied a new discount to our reservation saving us $321 no calling CRO, being put on hold, or finding a CM who knew about the code. Just check my email and there is Beth saving me money. I can't say enough good things about DU. I will never go back to dealing with CRO myself again. I also got a great rebate with DU!

I have turned in a request for Dreams but have a question. Is the cancellation policy for a Dremes res the dreaded 45 day WDTC or the CRO policy. This trip has a few potential roadblocks that might derail it late!
 
Disregard my post above. I got my reservation info and it does appear that the cancellation policy is the 5 days.
 
Before I send off an email to my agent at DU, can someone answer a question for me? After reading the last two postings, it occurs to me that I have no ressie confirmation at this point. I have emails from Shirley, but nothing like when I booked directly thru WDTC(or CRO). Is this something I should check into? I did have a previous ressie at CBR for the same time period and forgot to cancel it. Did that yesterday. Would that impact my DU ressie somehow?? TIA
 

I don't know the answer to goofy4tink's question because I haven't received anything on paper yet either. Anyone else know?

I just wanted to say that I paid our deposit to Dreams Unlimited for our May trip on Thursday, and then when I saw the code on Mousesavers Friday I was all scared that I'd miss out on the new code. Well, I contacted DU and they already had switched my rate to the new code. I have also received several personal e-mails from them (Beth Czada and now Merrie Thomas) over a period of just 3 days. They have been wonderful!! I will definitely recommend them to others and use them in the future. No more fretting about missing out on new discount codes! They are already watching for AP codes - then I'll have even more spending money for when I'm there.
 
We used DU for our first onsite stay in May 2001 and they were great. We dealt with Michelle and she was absolutely FANTASTIC. Although I didn't like the idea that the only way you could communicate with them was through email it turned out to be no problem. Michelle's response time was incredible. In most cases she replied within the hour - even on weekends.

One of the things we liked about their service was the fact that they will make all your PS's for you and send you an itinerary. In fact, we wanted to make sure we got into the Cindy Castle breakfast and were on the phones on the 60-day mark and my wife was able to secure a reservation (I had no luck). About an hour later we got a call from the reservation service advising us they had two reservations in our name for the same day. Turns out DU had indeed gotten our PS as well. We cancelled one and vowed to never doubt DU again!

DU is great! Use them and you will not regret it!:bounce:
 
Another happy DU client here. I planned our first trip myself....discovering the DIS Board after I had made reservations. This time DU is booking everything for me, and they are great. Tammy is my agent and has been terrific answering all my questions, making all my changes, and jumping on every code that comes out. By the time I find out about a code, she's already got it on my rez!
 
We booked the Dolphin through DU this summer and they were great. We never got a paper confirmation. They e-mailed me a confirmation number. I then called the hotel to verify it.
 
I just contacted DU on a reservation that I want to make and they are suppose to get back to me. Also, how long does it take for them to get back after you submitted your information. I will let you all know how it comes out.
