I have quotes from Dreams Unlimited, both of which are AAA quotes. I was wondering if anyone has had personal experience of their agent with DU changing their reservation when a Disney code was released that applied to their reservation, thus dropping their room only cost. It's not that I don't trust DU to do this, but sometimes the code rooms sell out quick. Plus, who knows if codes will come out for December of this year.

Hi! I have booked my last two trips with DU, one of which was room only and they changed the reservation when a better rate came out. They were very honest and very helpful! We are using them again for our May 2004 honeymoon trip. They made the last two trips so special for us with little extra notes written on our ressies for dinners and such. Last year, our DU agent got us a water view room upgrade, free desserts at all of our PS dinners, a spa treatment at CSR, and so much more making it so magical. I'd recommend DU for everyone!!!
