This morning I'm trying to get WL Courtyard with 40% discount. Room is available online at Walt Disney World website, but Dreams Unlimited is telling me no courtyard rooms with 40% discount available. Is this normal?

Just because it's available at full price, doesn't mean it's available at 40% off. Disney only designates a certain number of rooms for each discount, and it may not include all room types in the discount.

Now, if you're seeing the room you want online at 40% off, that's another story.

I found the Courtyard view available for the 40% discount online and I told Dreams Unlimited. Dreams just sent me a message with a new quote with the discounted Courtyard view. So it's all good.
