I really need to let my fellow Dis's know what kind of service we are dealing with with DreamsRes. I placed a reservation last night for the Swan March 23-30. They sent me a confirmation E-mail and I was fine. This morning I tried to access their website to make sure everything went through and I couldn't get in...no account of my reservation, invalid password...I FRIEKED!

I called the Swan at 9:00 am no account of the reservation I made last night at 6:00 I am still FRIEKING. I sent an URGENT email to DreamsRes and told them to please reassure me all was OK...WELL.....

within 15 minutes my phone rang and this WONDERFUL man name BOB totally reassured me that all was perfectly fine and that when they fax requests to hotels it sometimes can take 24-48 hours for the hotel to process it and of course my reservation was definately perfect, then he went and called the Swan with me on the phone and gave them my room requests and my Starwood #. This guy was amazing!

I can not say enough about the promptness and curteousness of this company. To call me within 15 minutes of my e-mail is truly unheard of in our modern times!

Thank you Dreams Unlimited and Bob for being the kind of company that makes me feel like my business matters to you!!

I have to agree!

We've recently used DU to book our Wonder cruise and after many changes, and adding additional cabins, they were tremendous. One day I e-mailed them at least 3x since I needed to contact them ASAP (my deposit was due) -- I was getting concerned as I had not heard from them all day -- I then received a phone call from Carole and she got worried when all of her e-mails to me were returned undeliverable. It seems that there was something wrong with my incoming mail and I was not receiving any of it.

She took the initiative to call me directly and we were able to work everything out. I so appreciated her follow-thru and would recommend them to anyone!

I want to also acknowledge how wonderful Dreams Unlimited has been to work with in planning our next Disney trip.

We are staying 8 nights in December. I first booked all 8 nights at Wilderness Lodge. Then we decided we wanted to return to Animal Kingdom Lodge for a few nights.

DU has taken all my reservation changes, questions, etc in stride. I feel like a valuable customer. And I know they'll be watching for discounts for me.

My rep is Jason. He's been fantastic!

My agent's name is Vicki and she's terrific. I 've used DU twice and the service is excellent!:earsgirl:
 
Putting in my vote for Regina, she has helped us and is wonderful. We are on our 2nd trip with her and wouldn't go any other way.
 
My vote is for Cathy. I think the girls at Dreams are great!!! I have been able to work with three different girls names Cathy and they are all great!!!!!
 
Well, if we're giving snaps to DU agents, a BIG thumbs up goes to Carole! She's wonderful (and EVER so patient) :)
 
We have been working with Merrie and she has been awesome. I would definitely recommend using them!

Regina is another great one over there at Dreams. She has taken care of us for our last 2 trips....gotten great discounts, cindy's ressies and wonderful personal attention!

I booked a trip last month. Quick emails and replies.
 
I will also chime in here and give credit to BETH my rep at dreams...shes been great...with all the changes and questions we have had.....:bounce:
 
DreamsUnlimited has been great.
Beth has been helping me and she is wonderful. So helpful with all my questions and changes.
 
I too have to give a BIG thumbs up for Dreams Unlimited. We have dealt with Regina for 2 trips. She is wonderful!! I am an obsessive planner and she is always a step ahead of me.

I've been working with Vicki on our upcomming trip and have worked with her on a previous trip. We originally planned to go to WDW last December but ended up canceling. A couple of months later, we put in for a new reservation and Vicki sent me a "Welcome Back!" email. Truly made me feel like a valued customer! Dreams is truly a one of a kind service and I can't say enough about them! I've even told the people I work with about them and now they use DU too. Thumbs Up!!!!:D :D
