I really need to let my fellow Dis's know what kind of service we are dealing with with DreamsRes. I placed a reservation last night for the Swan March 23-30. They sent me a confirmation E-mail and I was fine. This morning I tried to access their website to make sure everything went through and I couldn't get in...no account of my reservation, invalid password...I FRIEKED!
I called the Swan at 9:00 am no account of the reservation I made last night at 6:00 I am still FRIEKING. I sent an URGENT email to DreamsRes and told them to please reassure me all was OK...WELL.....
within 15 minutes my phone rang and this WONDERFUL man name BOB totally reassured me that all was perfectly fine and that when they fax requests to hotels it sometimes can take 24-48 hours for the hotel to process it and of course my reservation was definately perfect, then he went and called the Swan with me on the phone and gave them my room requests and my Starwood #. This guy was amazing!
I can not say enough about the promptness and curteousness of this company. To call me within 15 minutes of my e-mail is truly unheard of in our modern times!
