Dreams Unlimited Gift Basket

I am SO excited to get our gift bag on SATURDAY!!!

I haven't told the rest of the family about it, so they will be surprised when we get into the room!

We are now in a test phase of putting the gift bags in staterooms for 7, 5, 4 & 3 night cruises out of Port Canaveral.

Had called Disney for the DVC June special but saw the onboard credit for DU. Dan took care of it at the same price and cabin level. Faxed in docs for me and helped me after hours. I will def. be back.

We have also been working with Dan and are very pleased. He has made everything so easy we are considering booking another cruise on board with DU. Gift basket is a very nice and very thoughtful.

Oh, that reminds me...I think one of the things in the basket was a form you could drop off at Future Bookings. It's not the DCL one, but it is one that would let them know you're interested in booking through DU. It has lines for what cruise you want, what kind of room, # of people...standard stuff. We didn't book one this time, but DW & I have two cruises with DCL booked currently, one of which is a Dummy Date for when the '14 dates are released.

what a wonderful surprise to find it in our stateroom on our 4 night Dream cruise (that sadly ended yesterday)!

i loved everything in it as did my mom and sister who thought it was as amazing as i did!!!

they just kept saying what a fantastic travel agent i'd picked - which is so very true!!!

so thanks for starting our cruise off perfectly and adding to the magic!!!!

I understand your anxiousness to receive this special gift, but please remember the Dreams folks putting the work into these baskets are located in FL and doing all the work themselves. They would have to find willing, dependable folks in CA before they could even attempt to extend the gift. I have no doubt it will happen one day, but for now I just appreciate all that Drwams continues to do to serve their customers!

Wow, the baskets sound great !! We have 4 Disney Cruises with DU and our 5th is in January 2013. Marla has always been our agent,and I can always count on her to be available anytime I have a question or a problem.

I certainly hope they are still doing the baskets in January. We also have friends going with us who booked through DU too. That would be a great surprise to them to get a gift basket.

Good morning
I am sure everyone who listened to the Dispod this past week heard Pete Werner announce that Dreams Unlimited Travel was giving each of their 7 night cruise guest, a gift basket filled with a lot of goodies filled with items you may have forgotten or items that will really come in handy.

The gift baskets were delivered this morning to the Fantasy and by now they should be in the designated rooms. They turned out BEAUTIFUL and very WELCOMING to the beginning of a cruise full of magic.

They had my seal of approval so what more can I say. Please let me know that your received yours and what did you think of all the goodies.

exactly - i wasn't expecting it.
i thought it might be in the room, as John had said it's possible, but i wasn't expecting it.

Since i wanted to be sure there were gifts in the room to surprise my mom and sister, i ordered two beautiful gifts from Shirley.

so then the DU bag was a lovely added bonus, but i knew that there would be something in the room!!

and let me say that the gifts i ordered from Shirley were AMAZING!!!!!
my mom and sister LOVED them!!!!!!!!!

I hadn't read this thread before our August sailing. We were surprised & pleased with the gift basket. For us, the edible gifts were the most appreciated!
