So....
I am taking my sister, who is a nurse, on a summer cruise. Had planned on it LONG before the COVID-19 business showed up. Usually I book cruises myself but I think I would lIke to give Dreams Unlimited a chance at the reservation. As a long time Dis listener, I think it is only right. What do I do to transfer it? My sister has really been looking forward to cruising with us and I want her to have a great time. Any help appreciated.

Contact someone at Dreams - i have an agent if you need. you need to email them and ask them for a form.
you fil the form out and fax to disney and they transfer to your Dreams agent.

If you booked the cruise longer ago than 30 days, you can't transfer it.

If you like you can send me an email at John@DreamsUnlimitedTravel.com and we can take a look at your current booking to see if it qualifies for a transfer.

If not we could also reprice it. Even if it’s the same price you would be eligible for our shipboard credit which is based on the total cruise price.

If you are over 30 days and the rate hasn't changed, just rebook with your agent.

We put a placeholder deposit for a future cruise about a year ago. Does anyone know if we are eligible to book with a Dreams agent when we decide on a sailing? Thanks!

As with a reservation (for a specific cruise), you have to transfer a placeholder within 30 days of the initial payment.
