I think Yak and Yeti is going on my list! Looks great. I would have never thought of Y&Y as a potential destination in the quest for the World's most perfect cheeseburger!

I was so ready to go home. I was just done. I think it was guilt over leaving Marc at home and just ready to for the next stage in my life if that makes sense.

I can understand missing Marc. I'm really hoping Chuck can go with me in January. While I think there are things I would enjoy about a solo trip (I love traveling alone), being at Disney without my family would just feel weird and make me homesick.

I was very pleased, it was yummy. I didn't mind being solo in Disney, I think just two trips in a row without Marc was too much for me.

Wow, what a fantastic day! Yak & Yeti, Finding Nemo, Everest (well, for Jen at least), and so many fantastic characters meets. I'm really hoping to find Miss Bunny next time I'm at AK. Nice to see some Bambi characters in the parks again.

Miss Bunny was so adorable. I wish we could have seen Thumper but at least we got to see one of them.

I can't believe you are already up to your last day. I have been reading everything at work and I have missed all the pretty pictures! The frozen chai sounds yummy - like something I must try.

I can't wait to read about Jiko. I am really having second thoughts that I didn't make an ADR there. I have one at Yak n Yeti instead. Probably a mistake, but I want to try them all - Yak n Yeti, Saana, and Jiko. So many ADR's - so little time.

The frozen chai was GROSS. At least to me.

I wish your report was not almost over!! You had some great character photos in that last post. Too bad about missing Jiko- there is always next time. That view from your room was just awesome, too!!!

I really do want to try Jiko next time. It's been on my list for the last three trips but I always end up tweaking it out of the schedule!

I've been on a mission to get this TR finished. I love the DIS but I've been so busy that it has felt like it was a chore lately to get this finished. I'm happy now that it's finished. I feel like I can start focusing on other things and of course...planning our maybe January trip.

Meet 1 new and 1 old character...check....I ran into Lady Tremaine and her lovely daughters! I made sure to ask how the flute and singing lessons were going! They said they were practicing and I told them as a teacher I was happy to hear that! They asked what type of teacher I was and I said a biology teacher! Well a few animal noises and some acting later...I was finally got a group picture of them LOL!!

I can picture this so clearly. Those girls are crazy!

What a nice trip you two friends had. Thanks for sharing it and all of your honest opinions with us.

I totally get it about missing Marc... I really missed Tim & the boys when I took my weekend trip with my mom in 2008. There were so many things that I saw & did that made me think of them & how much they would have loved to be there.

There's nothing wrong with spending a morning just relaxing around the hotel. With how little time you said you had to get moving back into your "real" life at home you probably needed the break.

I was PAGES behind! I've been pretty much off the DIS for days though, so what do I expect?

First, THANK YOU to everyone who gave me a review of the Wii and Wii Fit! Is the EA Sports game just for the regular Wii? Due to finances we probably cannot afford both the Wii AND the Wii Fit right away, so it would be prefect to get a game that would make me sweat! Then when we can afford it also get the Wii Fit.

I'm so sorry about all those rude people you encountered! Geez! One after another after another! Despite it all, sounds like a lovely day. Glad you pushed all those yucky moments out of your mind and enjoyed your time!

I love the pic of you kissing your cream cheese pretzel.

You guys got such a GREAT room at SSR! Isn't that view wonderful? We were in that building, on the top floor in the end room and we just loved sitting on the balcony soaking it in.
