Dreamliner PE question

Hiya

I know on the Dreamliner each seat gets an electric socket. Does anyone know if in PE it is a 2 pin or 3 pin socket installed ?, just wondered if I could plug my son's portable dvd player into a 3 pin socket instead of using batteries.

I thought I had seen somewhere that you could charge your phone and ipads, etc. As far as I am aware my phone uses a 3 pin socket for charging.

Just want clarity as I don't want to be taking lots of wires for nothing. So if anyone has flown already and used the sockets can confirm either way I would appreciate it.

Thomson Dreamliner Premium Economy has USB socket for iPod, iPad, digital cam. Not flown on it yet (roll on oct!!) but have been for a walk round it when it was stationary at Manchester Airport's Exhibition Centre Can't wait to fly on it to be honest! Just hoping they've solved all the probs with it!!
