Gradtchr, thank you for the information.
I want to add that I saw the professional photos yesterday (Wednesday) of last week's Dream Team wedding. They looked lovely and the couple looked like they had a very nice wedding & reception. However, the photos that I saw looked no different than the photos that I have seen over the years from my fellow Dis'ers' Fairy Tale Weddings events. I thought that was an important point to note. Yes, it must be wonderful to have an event inside the Magic Kingdom. However, it looked no more wonderful than events that have been held inside the Convention Centers of the Grand Floridian, Yacht/Beach Club, BoardWalk, Contemporary, and Coronado Springs resorts. It also looked no more wonderful than events that have been held inside the restaurants of Ariel’s, Citrico’s, Narcoosee’s, Victoria & Albert’s, Les Chefs De France, Napa Valley Room, Sonoma Room, Summerhouse, Living Seas VIP Room, American Adventure Rotunda, and too may other restaurants / ballrooms / banquet rooms/ private dining rooms to list.
As to the photos that I saw, they were your standard wedding fare (even though they were taken by an outside photography team):
Bridal party getting ready (Grand Floridian Convention Center)
Wedding ceremony venue (in front of Cinderella Castle)
Bride & father riding down Main Street in carriage
Wedding ceremony
Guitarist playing during ceremony
Band playing during ceremony
Unity candle lighting during ceremony
Floral wreath ceremony (bride & groom wore connected wreaths)
Bride & groom riding down Main Street after ceremony
Confetti cannons going off
Bride & groom riding on carousel & Tea Cup ride
Bridal party portraits inside Grand Floridian Resort (lobby and staircase)
Reception tent (in Rose Garden)
Linen package (gold-colored linens looked lovely)
Floral package (brightly-colored floral arrangements)
Fireworks photos (bride & groom watching from Rose Garden)
Reception food & beverages (appetizers, lobster, signature drink, champagne, dessert, etc.)
Wedding cake (tiered in white with brightly-colored flowers)
Dinner (looked chilly because bride & bridesmaids were covered up in some photos)
Bride & groom and typical castle portraits (taken from Rose Garden)
Outdoor dance party (in front of castle)
Munchies (desserts, candy, etc.)
Band playing on stage
Bride & groom dancing
Bridal party dancing
Cake-cutting (was different cake than what was in reception tent)
Guests dancing (looked chilly because some guests were covered up)
Groom carrying bride over threshold
Groom & bride inside Cinderella Castle Suite
Again, the photos that I saw looked like everyone else’s wedding photos. That is, the bride and groom looked happy and the guests looked like they were having a lovely time. I would expect no less of anyone’s
Fairy Tale Weddings event.
