Good idea to start picking up things for the fe, hadn t really thought about that but now that you mentioned it I will be on the lookout for things when Im shopping. At least we have lots of time to come up with some ideas! One of my favorite things from the last exchange was some mickey ears door magnets, I was so happy seeing them on our stateroom door, it was just the perfect gift!

Yes, my husband and DS are Alby. I've read a little about the fish extenders, but didn't realize that adults did them too. What kinds of goodies do you put in them for both adults and kids?

What, you haven't picked anything up yet? Heck i am practically packed and waiting to head to the airport. My wife says i have DCO. That's OCD but in alphabetical order.

Generally i prefer six packs of expensive heavy dark beer , and American Express gift cards. You know nothing much Actually some people give out things that might represent their state (country) example: a key fob or post card or something inexpensive that is Disneyish. Groups usually put a dollar limit on the gifts so as to not feel obligated to go crazy.

We rec'd in our FE (and it was just hubby and I), some toys, pirate blow up ball, stickers/tattoos; but also rec'd some wonderful Lush products and even a beautiful necklace one of cruise meet made. (she made one for each of the ladies in our group). We rec'd a personalize handmade wooden photo frame with the 'Wonder' on it.

I made 'paper bag' scrap books for each of the cabins (and I'm only telling you cause I know there is no way I'll try that again, WAY to much work) and I'm going to school now and working, so a lot less 'free' time.

I know I bought glow sticks, candies, Pirate/Princess things; some Delaware postcards (to show where we were from) and I think we did Delaware quarters.

Just to give you an idea. I've heard of some FE groups that gave the 'adults' those tiny booze bottles.

Leslie, welcome aboard! Not to early to get excited at all! We are beyond excited! Cannot wait for next September!!! I'm jealous of all the back to back cruisers. MAYBE some day we'll get to do that too.

Got a disney pin for free dining with no blackout dates well except for the week of thanksgiving, makes it soo hard not to book another trip and go just before xmas, but I really need to pay off the upcoming one for the dream since we will be doing disney as well Im trying not to let the free dining get the best of me this time around lol!

We'll be there in four months (and six days)! Nov 29-Dec4! Just hubby and I so we can enjoy the Christmas decorations. We are DVC members so we don't get the free dining (bummer) but find it such a good deal that we do buy it. We finally booked our airfare for December, I was bummed at how high flights were, but finally broke down and booked AirTran for a LOT less than Southwest.

I love disney at xmas time! All the decorations are awesome, Im finding it hard not to book for xmas time, even considered cruiseing then but my grandson will be in high school and my daughter doesnt want him to miss any days off so its the summer we will have to cruise for now.Never flown on airtran just southwest so you will have to let me know what you thought of the airline after your trip. Have you decieded on your dinner reservations yet? have fun planning!

I completely understand your daughter. We went to Disney December 2007; my son was a Junior and we took a week mid December to go visit our daughter who was doing the College Program at Disney (she would not be home until after the new year and we wanted to have 'our' Christmas with her). My son got special permission; but it took him forever to 'catch up'. He said he'd never do it again (so a students view also).

I am now in school (this trip was planned before I decided to go to college). I'll be out the full week before finals. I am going to talk to each of my professors at the very start of the class this semester to let them know and see what I can do to not fall behind.

We've used Airtran in the past and had no problems, but I do know they change their flight times frequently, but they are also good about accommodating you if the new time does not fit. As long as we travel with 'carry ons' we are fine. We just like the personality of the staff of Southwest.

well Im glad you let me know about your sons feelings on all the school work he had to catch up on, I feel much better knowing summer is the best time to go as far as my grandson is concerned. I hope it all works out for you in that regard! We just booked on cruise on the Dream. This is our first cruise and we are very excited. It will be me, DH, DS (he will be 11 - almost 12) and DD (10). I have been reading up on FE and all things Disney Cruise Line. I am looking forward to meeting you all.

I was checking out more of the dream and found that it has a spa for teens , my grand daughter who will be 14 on this cruise will love it, I figure I will book it as a surprise. Course Im gonna have to book some alone time at the spa myself! Its getting closer to the year out mark hope time flies by for us all!

We LOVED the spa (did the Exotic Rasual and the Rain Forrest room). Will definitely have to find a little time for 'us'. I heard about the spa for teens, it looks amazing (shame I don't have teens, well NOT really).

Joy, welcome aboard! We have some first time cruisers in our bunch and some very experienced ones. This is our second DCL, but the first we'll be taking our kids (but the adults now). I need to get onto the DIS more often to see what's the latest with the FE. I had one made for us last time. It has been in our 'Disney' pile, just begging to be used again.
