What does the dream team wear? Do they always have on white vest? How can you tell them apart from other Disney employees?

They wear khaki bottoms and blue tops. They only wear the white vests when in prize-giving mode.

No, the team goes to a specific place at a designated time and distributes the dream(s) to whoever is there. Doesn't matter who...if you're in the right place at the right time, you win.

I kind of thought the same thing - Nothing like spending your vacation looking and stalking the "frosted blueberries" -

I agree and it's my video! You should absolutely not worry about winning and have a good time. However, as shown in the video we were having a great time too. Mind you we go to the parks 4 times a year and having fun 'stalking' the dream squad in no way stopped us from anything we haven't done hundreds of times. In fact it livened our trip up. The video was actually shot over two trips (look at the winter/summer clothes). If you look closely you'll notice we did our 'stalking' in a February trip and won nothing! When we just went on the rides we won! Of course, we do have a strategy that led to us winning numerous dream fastpasses, 7 in all. So it's 75% luck, 25% strategy for us. But overall, just have a good time!

It cracked me up when the dude was all "we hate this contest. we hate it and we're going to complain." Because you can hear that little funny tilt that says he's totally joking, but amping to sound like a tough guy. I bet his daughter and wife are always cracking up with him around. Seems like a real card.

We're not going until April. I highly doubt anything so cool will still be going on then, as it's been extended once already. That's probably a good thing too, b/c my whole family has rotten luck, and we'd always be watching and hoping, only to be perpetually the folks 2 steps behind the winners.

The Dream Team wears Olympic USA Basketball uniforms:

The Dream Squad wears blue shirts with the WDW logo embroidered on the right breast and khaki pants. When giving out prizes they also wear a white vest:

After I ran into the Dream Squad and won fastpasses...I spotted them all over the place!!! I wound up keeping the fastpasses as a souvie....the joy of hitting the park early and riding everything without the need of a fastpass.
