Dream Maker Extras

Are the Dream Maker extras (luggage tags, lanyards and pins) are they mailed out or do we get them when we check in to the hotel.

We were mailed the luggage tags with a voucher for the lanyards and pins, and the mini golf. We just took the voucher to the hotel gift shop (POFQ) to get the lanyard and pins. When we went to play mini golf we took the voucher and gave it to them instead of paying.

The luggage tags are mailed to you along with your final paperwork (40 or so days before your vacation). You get the pins/lanyards at the gift shop at your resort. If I remember correctly, it's just recorded on your room key/card that you've used that feature.

we were given actual "coupons" (paper vouchers) for our lanyards/pins and "choice features" (i.e. $25 at planet hollywood or special poster or mini golf)... it was not on our keycard/park pass...

I'm at 36 days and have not received the luggage tags of vouchers. Should I call CRO and ask the status?
