Dream it forward

For those who are DVC members and referred a friend or family member who bought into DVC after the referral, what is the thank you gift you received?

We were offered an experience to choose from like a Keys to the Kingdom or Behind the Seeds tour. We could pick one. The number of participants and the value of the experience varied based on which one you selected. Generally most of the offerings accommodated 2 or 4 guests. As I recall, the value ranged from $50-250 per person. You had a year to redeem your choice.

Is this an actual program?

Seems odd to “pay” (dream) it forward, yet expect something in return.

Thanks for the info. My sister purchased 100 points at Riviera but due to the fact that I live in Alaska, I don’t qualify for the Dream it Forward thank you gift- which is fine. I’m more happy that my sister and her family are now part of the DVC family.
