On the Dream soon, looking for info on which bar has the most reasonable prices for mixed drinks or glasses of wine. I know prices can vary but this info is often non existent... menus list the offerings but not often the price. So where to go to get the most reasonable drink. I must say I have been on a number of DCL sailings and don't know this answer b/c I am not much of a drinker but it is no big deal for me to stop into one bar vs another if I can save a few $ for the same thing
TIA.

My experience on the Fantasy was that I thought the drink prices (for the same beverage) were pretty consistent at every bar on the ship. I would think the Dream would be same but perhaps someone could say otherwise.

This was my experience as well. The prices are the same for the same drink in every location. The best deal will be the drink of the day, which is approximately $5 at any bar. But some bars feature pricier drinks. Skyline, for example, has a menu of martinis in the $10-$12 range. You can order less expensive drinks in Skyline, but the menu is filled with the pricey martinis.

My recollection was that the drinks were priced the same...but the pours seemed to be heavier indoors (like bellied up at the bar) and lighter at the pool bars and in the MDRs.

thanks for the input. I just recall getting a glass of wine at one of the nightspots (with piano entertainment) and later noticing wine in another bar (a sports bar maybe) being less expensive. May have been the type.

Those martinis are strong. They probably have twice the alcohol as a beer or wine. So in that sense you probably get more bang for the buck.

I would be cocktails or wine but my husband likes a beer (lager), I'm sure I read somewhere that you can buy a glass and get refills cheaper does anyone know how much this is and is it beers such as bud?

Beer mug costs around $15 the 1st time. Then it's $5-$7 to refill (22oz). You can exchange your empty mug with a token/card so you carry that around instead of a dirty glass. You also can bring your token with you from cruise to cruise. Lagers that we have found are Heineken and one from Italy. I'm sure there are others

Thank you. Pity no refillable cocktail!
