Everyone still here Busy getting back to school. Kids start Tuesday. Daddy already started(he is a teacher).

Really thinking I am going to wait and do Atlantis on the second half of my back to back cruise and do Blue Lagoon Sea Lion on this cruise if I can get the early morning spot. As much as I love Atlantis, I am afraid there will be too much repitition doing the B2B going twice to Atlantis, and Atlantis is truly an all day thing, whereas with the Sea Lion, we would likely be back to the ship midafternoon. Plus there are 7,000 cruise ship passengers in port on the 18th compared to the 15th, thinking that has to impact travel and Atlantis some. I may go back to my original thought of comfortsuites/atlantis twice.. but "at the moment" if I can get the morning spot for the sea lions will do sea lions/blue lagoon this cruise and Atlantis the next. Not going to cancel my CS reservation just yet!

ok, just checked though, the rest of the ships dont' get into nassau till noon. and there till 7pm. Ours docks at 930am-7pm so maybe if we would get to Atlantis early, it wouldn't be too bad hmmmm... decisions decisions... lol. Now on the 18th(for those that are B2B, the other cruise ship is only in port from 7am till 1pm, so that will truly be a good day for Atlantis.

Yes do the 15th . Then you will be with us and it will be less crowed. Still not sure what were doing our first half either but this is our second half. I think it's more crowed because its Easter wk. I hope the parks aren't to bad that wk. I still have to hope one of you put one of us on your ressie lol or i will have a spa day all alone he,he,he. Prayers are answered, my husband is going with us on our first cruise...He is very nervous as he has never flown so with that and knowing he doesn't like to go away all at..But, I believe he is doing it for our little granddaughter...she really wants him to go So, it will now be 8 of us and a real magical gathering

Great news. Have his doctor give him a prescription for xanax. It is an antianxiety medication. It is just enough to take the edge off, but not knock you out. Even my brother(a doctor!) takes a dose before he flies. Once he flies and sees how quick and easy it is, you might be just flying everywhere!!

I am sure that the doctor will prescribe something great for him..He will have to take it the week before so he can sleep...I know I have already started praying...please ask your mom to look down upon him and help him thru this, Scootch...thank you

I will do that. I didn't post on this link, but we were able to sell my moms house last week with only one day on the market. We live in a small town where nothing is selling, so it is truly a miracle. We did price it well, but still , one day. My husband says that my mom saw me down there cutting the grass(unfortunately he and I did the bulk of work cleaning it out, fixing it up and maintaining it all summer) and he says she just said to God to get a buyer as I couldn't keep up doing all this work alone. Can't wait to meet your wonderful family.

AS my 3 year old granddaughter would say, Holy Moly!!! Great news on your mom's house It's always in God's time not ours..but, what a blessing. Yes, your mom didn't want you to do anymore work so she put her order in..like my dad, he didn't like us to vacuum...we sold his house without a realtor and that was a blessing as homes aren't selling here either....Can't wait to meet you eitherWe had to move to deck 7 and have a balcony as my husband is joining us and that made a difference..in cost, but, heck, as long as he is coming along, I would have paid just about anything

Hi everyone! I almost wasn't on this cruise. Disney lost our reservation and somehow has no record of me ever transfering our booking on May 15th at 8:30 with a lady named Tric. I somehow came up with my own state room # connecting rooms on both cruises since we are doing BTB April 10th and 14th. I was so very upset felt like it was a bad Dream. I spoke with a supervisor who said there was nothing he could do. See the cruise was originally in December of this year. We switched the date in May. I was told everything would be sent out and the deposit would be transfered. Never crossed my mind that it never happened. I am very disastisfied with the response i recieved. I hung up and decided to rebook but had to upgrade and of course pay alot more $. I now have a family sweet with verandah which sounds great but when you have two teenagers and a preteen two state rooms with two seperate showers is worth more for all of our sanity. Well atleast i didn't have to break my 11 year olds heart. I am still very upset and confused over how something like this can happen. I already have Atlantis booked and The Radisson for the night befor the cruise. If i didn't have a booking why would i of booked all of that? I never felt so helpless. Just hope we don't strangel one another in such tight quarters lol.
I am just glad ia m still with all of you! Sorry i ranting on and on.

If I were you, I would call again and speak to a different manager and inquire if that rep is still working there and how they keep their records.

At least, you were able to get a room . DCL's family suite is a good size compare to other ship companies (they also have two (2) sinks), and, I hope, as soon as you see it all your concerns about the size of the cabin would be gone away and from now on you only experience "good Dream"

I did call again. They sure had it on record that i called the day before. I don't understand how something like this could happen either.I have the date and time and who i spoke with on the phone when i changed bookings. The manager wasn't nice at all. Actually he was abit of a jerk. I just hope were not fighting for space and showers lol. Just happy i didn't have to disappoint my family.

Oh no...I have a credit over $300 that they will supposedly extend for 6 months from the date I call to ask for the extension, so this will only go to March 28th and I don't need flights until April 8th! What do I do now?

You used to be able to sell them on ebay but I don't think you can do that anymore. If I decide to head to WDW in Jan, I will buy them off of you. Know anyone else who might needing flights by then??? I had some once and a family from my dd's school paid me and used them.

Oh I wish I did know someone, that would be great! If you find yourself in the need for tickets let me know...that would be awesome and I'll repost once I call SW to whether or not they let me use my credit.

Well it is official. My b2b cruises are now 4/10 and then 4/14. I found airfare on saturday the 9th for only $64 each!! via airtran. Even with picking a seat assignment and taxes, only $80 per person. Now hoping to find a great deal tomorrow on southwest for our flight home on the 17th. Who else is b2bing on 4/10 and 4/17?? I lost track.

Good for you scootch...I have our tickets for down to Orlando but, not home!!!! They were $97 with the seats down and they are advertizning $436 home!!!! So, we may have to stayWonder what my husband will say, especially when he really didn't want to go I guess I will have to pray harder!

yikes, what airline are you taking? It might have been a blessing that I had to switch my cruise. I had no idea how high spring airfare was.

Airtran down and ????? I just heard on the radio that Southwest bought Airtran so I am hoping that we won't have to pay for luggage But, I will wait a few days or a week or so, if not, I'll just have to stay longer, yeh, no way my husband will say...
