Dream 5-Night March 4, 2012

Door magnet thing? What is that about?:confused3

Here's one of ours. We also have name tags. The kids are designing their own too which they are enjoying :goodvibes

I use images from this great 4shared site. Lots of material that they have designed and made available to share, :)

Just Booked! My father, sister, and I are ready to go! We are all adults, and have been on other cruise lines, but Disney is still our favorite.

Sorry to miss the FE excitement, but we are so thrilled to be taking another cruise and our first on the Dream!

Most looking forward to Remy and the 2 days at Castaway Cay!

Hope everyone has a fantastic trip!

Welcome!
We're also looking forward to 2 days at CC. I've warned the kids that sometimes the ship can't dock there but hoping with 2 days we'll get there at least once! :)

Yay! :yay:
Fed Ex just dropped off our cruise booklet with luggage tags!
wahoo!
Now I just have to finish magnets, make pirate T-shirts, finish journals, find eldest a new swimsuit, complete FE deck plans, plan daughter's bday and then pack of course. Hmm. Something to keep me busy for the next 5 weeks! :)

Can't wait to have them too :yay:

I had something from UPS in my mailbox, but it was the underwater camera that I bought so the kids would have fun at CC and Nassau! 70$ on amazone!!!!

That's pretty exciting too though!
Which did you get? We bought a kodak playsport. Love it. Easy to use and great video. Haven't tried it in water yet though!

Are your girls in the English Immersion now? How are they getting on?

Hi...I'm new to Disney cruise & dis boards. I'm traveling with my husband & 2 children...we are celebrating our 10 year anniversary and want to go to palo. We know It's adults only, but don't want to miss any if the restaurants with the kids...which night would be best or us to go to palo?

Hi There!:wave2:
Welcome to the boards.
I can't really help you I'm afraid.
We won't know our dining rotation until we get there. I did notice there was still lots of availability for palo, so maybe you can wait until you know which night you will have a repeat restaurant?
Another option is to pick the night that is pirate night, as that is a different menu that night, and you will get to go to that restaurant again for the regular menu, as I understand it.
And last I looked we had our sea day as pirate night I think. It's listed in activities anyway, in your online info.

Happy anniversary!

Lynn is now getting excited. Just received our booklet and tags. The next exciting milestone is packing. Have to wait to get closer for that. :woohoo:

Ours is purple!
It's a great camera! Doesn't do so well in low light but outside it's fantastic video! :thumbsup2

Good luck for the girls on Monday!

Good idea on the underwater video camera. It will come in handy on the ship's Aquaduck because there is a short splashy section in which most people get very wet.

We are doing Palo on Wednesday evening. That's the day at sea with Pirate Night. We picked that night because we have done the Pirate Night enough times. If you pick that night you want an early seating so you can still get out in time for the Pirate Night festivities. pirate: As also mentioned in a reply, picking an evening you have a repeat restuarant is very common. As also mentioned in a reply, people will not know the restuarant rotation until check-in for boarding at the terminal. I guess you could call DCL to find out what the repeat nights will be for the restuarants. Whatever you do, you don't want to miss the evening you dine in Animator's Palate!!!! It's great!!!!!! Especially with kids.
And happy anniversary.

I just remembered another sign of how close to sailing it is. We confirmed with our daughter and son-in-law that they will be taking care of Morsel and Munchkin, our two Chihuahua family members. :lmao:

Are there any 18-21 year olds in this group? We will have four 18 year olds sailing with us and really hope the college group has a nice turn out.

I will definitely mention this to my daughter. She is a freshman and will be on her Spring Break. Looking forward to our first cruise.
