Did I read that there are 2 pirate parties to accomodate for dinner and then the fireworks are later after dinner?

there are 2 but they are not the same. We had early dining so did not see the early pirate show with Mickey Mouse. The second show had Jack Sparrow.

I'm guessing the timing of the dinners will be worked out by June.

I was really surprised to hear that many of the servers were not veterans. You would think that they would have pulled some from the Magic and the Wonder to help ease in the transition.

Actually, they did, but they couldn't take all of them from the other two ships. Plus they had a lot to learn about the new ship. Who knows how the backstage area changed for them as well. Our server on our last cruise on the Magic had been our assistant server on the cruise before. He got promoted because of the openings left by the transfer of others to the Dream. Believe me, he wasn't ready. He was new as an asst. server and not all that great. Our favorite server in Sessions was going to be on the Dream following her break.

It's been awhile since I've posted but DW, DS (15) and DS (11) will be sailing on our DVC points. Are there any other DVCer's sailing with us?

I can't decide on the FE. We are sailing with a group of friends (2 other families) and I don't want to "split our loyalties" but it sounds like fun.

DS (15) would probably kill me for posting this but he is older than the other kids in our group and sometimes feels a little out of his element. While he's not shy, he is not a "go getter" when it comes to striking up conversations or mixing with new people. Once he's in a group he can be the life of the party, but he needs someone to push him off the shore and into the current, so to speak. I'm hoping there's going to be some DIS folks with kids his age that maybe he can meet.

This will be our second Disney cruise as a family and both the boys couldn't wait for us to go again. I think they love the cruise more than our triips to "The World". We all can't wait for June to come.

Welcome Home. Saratoga Springs is ours,too. This is the first time we'll be sailing on our points so it'll be fun to see what that's about on the cruise.

Hello. This will be our 3rd cruise on DCL. We are thrilled about the double dip on CC. We have a daughter who will be 9 in late July. I know there are three shows and pirate night. What is the fifth night of entertainment?

one night will probably be a first run movie- I'm guessing Cars 2- or Pirates 4.
the other will be an entertainer/ magician etc

I know a lot of people have commented recently on being added to the FE list. do we have a current count so i can start preparing? For the cruise being sold out it seems to be a relatively small number from the disboard on here.

This is our very first Disney cruise, can anyone explain the fish extenders to me? They sound fun but I don't quite understand it. Thanks!
