I'm late to the party but just caught up on reading this thread and applied to the FB group. I need someone else to talk to because my family is tired of me talking about the cruise ever 30 seconds!!!

The countdown to vacation can really begin--I finished my Fish Extender! On to packing 5 pounds of magnets, room decorations, surprise FE gifts for my nephew and more. Good thing we're going on vacation soon : )

EEEK!!! I can't find our FE! It isn't where I thought it was - last minute panic. Full all out searching begins tomorrow. I think we are going to mail our FE stuff in a box before we leave so more room in the luggage. Counting down!

Hey everyone, I'm not a huge Disboard person but do love it for cruise chats... No idea if my mother has already posted but my family is going on the 5 night cruise! I should bug her about this as it's our 3rd Disney cruise and I always seem to find Disboarders even when not trying (on the trans canal may 08 cruise I even took a photo of the group on that cruise)

We were on that cruise, and I remember the big huge DIS group! That was before I got active on the DIS boards. Other than the cruises, I normally just lurk!
That was an awesome cruise, was it not?

oh it was EPIC... my family was one of those "rare" first time Disney cruisers what a way to start with Disney.

sad part, even 5 days feels short now... and this will be my 2nd 5 day cruise with Disney (wonder last year) and they probably feel like to most people the 3-4 days are...

oh, How I know! That's why this is the first of our back-2back cruises! We have 10 days on board, interrupted slightly by having to return to Port Canaveral, but we don't have to pack as we stay in the same stateroom!!!

I finally finished my FE, the sewing part. I still need to spray paint my rod black, I finally remembered to bring gloves home frome work so I don't paint my hands, and it's raining here for the first time in weeks! But I figured it's done enough to show off.
