Dream 12508 any reviews? Pics?

We've stayed on the bump out port concierge but am curious about this room. If you could have any concierge room which would you choose? Thanks!

That's the room I'll be staying in on our May 2014 cruise!

I couldn't find any good pics of 12508, but 12510 is next door and should have a pretty similar layout, including extended verandah. Here's a post I found with some photos:

Loved my starboard side cabin! We watched them load the ship and waved at the Fishlips cam as we sailed away. We had a great view of Castaway Cay and watched people parasail and jet ski when we came back and relaxed on the veranda. And you can see the fireworks from that side! Unless I got a really good upgrade to a port side cabin, I'll only stay starboard.

My family just stayed in 12508 and we were in the connecting Cat T 12506 - On the Fantasy (but it should be more or less identical)

They liked it, were able to see the fireworks from the deck. Nice and close to the lounge as well!

Only downside to the Cat V rooms are that if the couch bed is out that you cannot get to the verandah without climbing over the bed

Can anyone here help? Does anyone here know if Fantasy rooms 12508, 12510, 12512, 12514 (staterooms that are starboard and across from the concierge lounge) have access to a "side door" to enter lounge? Do you have to go around to front door, or can you literally walk out your door and practically into the lounge? I know the port side has the side door, so just wondering if guests have access to a starboard side door to lounge too? Thanks!!! Would love if my tween could pop in to lounge to grab a quick coke and get back to the room without going very far!

Yes. Side door CL access from both halls.

You're welcome.

It is located basically across from the aft side of 12512, or right at the line between 12512/12514.
Also, enter that door take the second right up stairs to sundeck.

Well,.... I read that info somewhere.

we just stayed in 12016 on the Fantasy and room was two doors down from side door concierge. it was great for the kids to go over and grab snacks. next year we are switching sides to 12508. and as mrkyyyle stated you did have to climb over the bed if the sofa was pulled out to a bed to get to the veranda. not that big a deal.
