Just booked this cruise last night - it was a choice between 14 days at WDW or have a cruise in the middle..... guess what we decided at the last minute



We are Mary (DW), Stevie (DH) and Rachel (DD 17)

Just wondering if there are any other teenagers of similar ages to my DD who will be going to the college social side of things on the cruise?

Just booked this Christmas cruise and we are ready to get into the swing of things.
I have just requested to be added to the Facebook Page - my name is Scott Allison (52) - my DW is Sandra (51) we have 2 sons Spencer (12) and Stuart (9).
We would also like to participate in the Fish Extender Gift Exchange.

We will be staying in Room 9546.

Do you think we should encourage the girls to chat before hand or just make sure they all go to the College Meet on the first night straight after dinner?

We're not trying to get rid of DD, but it is nice for them to have their own company on holiday and get away from the Parents from time to time

I think the college group is really an 18 and older group. My 17 year old DD would not be able to enter these meet up areas since they are considered for "Adults." Conversely, the teen club only goes up to 17, so your 19 year old is blocked from that group. I understand the rules, but it can make things difficult for kids in borderline age ranges.

I just read through the string again, and I saw that your DD is 17, too. My DD would be open to a meet up with your DD. We were on The Fantasy in May, and must admit, my DD wasn't into the teen club there. She said it was mostly for kids who like to dance. They also had a Zombie dress up night. Fun for some kids, but not her kind of thing. What are your DD's interests?
