Drawing Class At HS

What time does the animation academy at HS start on an EMH day? Do you need to have a magic band to enter the class? I ask because I was going to use FP's on my daughter's and wife's bands while they were at the class on RNRC. Would that be possible?

Take an empty paper towel roll in your backpack. Roll up the drawings and slide them in the tube.

I did the class today. I folded my drawing of Minnie Mouse up and put it in my pocket. It is a such a cool thing to do. I am a terrible artist but love the class.

When the regular park hours begin at 9:00, the first class begins between 9:20-9:30.

Does anybody know how when the last drawing class starts? For some reason I'm thinking they probably end around 6:00pm, but I don't know if that's correct.

Last time I was there, the park closed at 7 and the last class started at 6.

I always stop at the register in the shop after the class and ask for a rubber band. They give me one, I roll up the pictures and out the band around the roll. I always have an extra Disney shopping bag with me, or they will offer me one, and I'm good to go.

If you have several people that you'll be holding on to their drawings, take a CLEAN Pringles can and store them in there. Gives you a more room.

Lots of good answers so far, but we figured out this little hack while we were there. Use your magic band the same way you would a rubber band.

Classes are sometimes done late. I have done them very late during evening EMH - check the times guide.

I'm not aware of a minimum age. My 5 yo did it last year and she had a good time. Her picture looked just about how you'd expect from a 5 yo, but it's a great keepsake.

Believe it or not, after 20+ visits at WDW, I just find out what that line is for this year. Always see a group of people waiting but never bother to ask or check, in our rush for character M&G. I thought it was so kind of movie. LOL

Could you possibly tell me exactly where we have to go? This is on our must do list but I am unsure where to go to get in line for it. Thanks!
