I'm going to be at WDW with 4 year old niece and 3 year old nephew in 2 weeks, and my nephew really wants to see some dinosaurs and dragons while we're there. The dinosaur request is easy to fulfill since we'll be spending a day in Animal Kingdom, but I wasn't sure where I could find dragons. I know Epcot has Figment, but I've never ridden Journey Into Imagination and I wasn't sure how much he was featured in the ride. Am I forgetting any other attractions with dragons?

Figment is featured quite a bit in the ride. There's a dragon in Fantasmic! and there's a dragon head outside Animal Kingdom.

Also the Festival of Fantasy parade has a fire-breathing dragon.

There is also the Maleficent dragon in the Festival of Fantasy Parade in Magic Kingdom. It breathes fire and everything!

If time allows for it, Universal has some dragons in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, both on the Hogwarts ride and outside Gringotts.

Definitely see the Festival of Fantasy parade. Very cool Maleficient/dragon float. Also, seconding Figment.

You've found a lot of info on dragons. If you really want dinosaurs I suggest Ellen's Energy Adventure. The kids will get to see a whole life size dino world and the dino's aren't trying to chase them down and eat them like on the Dinosaur ride at AK! It's much more pre-schooler friendly. The kids can still enjoy Triceratops Spin and the Dino Dig area in AK, but I'd think twice about taking them on Dinosaur.

I second, third, and fourth this advice. Unless you personally have been on the Dinosaur ride and know it will be okay for your DN, please skip it. It can be very scary; I don't even really care for it. They also have to be 40" tall to ride.

There is a big lego dragon in the lake near the Lego store in Disney Springs.

Go there and then grab a bite at T-Rex to get your dino fill.
