DP near Rose and Crown

I saw on Lurkyloo's TR that she had a private DP on the terrace next to The Rose and Crown-can anyone give me some details about this? I know it doesn't hold many people but there will probably only be 10 of us. Any idea on cost, size etc?

Not sure about cost but I attended a DP there about a year ago and it was about 10 - 12 people. I dont remember the exact amount of people, but I'm pretty sure there was at least 10 of us. It was a great location.

Am really sold on having a DP here-it looks the perfect spot for us so was really sad to read that they may have stopped holding events in this location. Is there anyway I can find out? I haven't booked my wedding yet and don't have a planner so not sure who I can ask!

I think my consultant told me earlier this week that at UK Lochside & Terrace you need a min. of 20 people for a DP...I wonder if you can have less than that and pay the difference? Or are they not really strict on the mins?

You could call Disney's Catered Events and tell them you're thinking about having a party there but want to know if it's still available. I'm pretty sure that what I was told last year no longer applies because I've heard of other people planning parties there since then.

Just to be sure we're talking about the same thing—we had our anniversary party at UK Pubside, which has a max of 10. UK Lochside (the place where we had our wedding dessert party) and UK Terrace (the one above it) each have 20-person minimums. However, now that they are doing the food and beverage minimums there as a flat $440 (instead of calling it $22/person) it seems like they might be more open to the idea of using it for smaller groups, so definitely ask your planner. You may be charged a $50 small party fee, however.

No it's definitely the Pubside location that we like. I highly doubt there will be more than 10 of us so it would be ideal. If it's no longer an option we will look at one of the other sites which is suitable for a small group.

Can anyone please give me a list of the locations which would be suitable for a group of my size?

There are new smaller areas for small groups but most of them are standing only, I have read about a small one in Japan for a maximum of 10 people.

On my BEO it says the Morocco Oasis is from a minimum of 10 people so you could have it there?
