DP for CP at Teppanyaki

I see that the Teppanyaki Restaurant is included in the CP plan - am I able to use our DP for this? We'd probably do the lunch so we can get in the 5:00 show, anyone do this one? What's the menu like for the CP show? Is it more limited? Thanks!

Just my personal opinion, but we wouldn't go back to Teppanyaki again. We used one of our TS credits for lunch one day and left there feeling jipped. Maybe it was just us, but the food wasn't at all what we were expecting. I guess the restaurants that serve "authentic Japanese" food around here aren't extrememly authentic. The seaweed they brought us to begin our meal was gross, the salad wasn't good and the rice was cold and sticky. I walked out of there wanting to find somewhere to eat!!! Again, just our experience and taste. Good Luck!!

Thanks..now that I think about it, this might not be the best restaurant for us. We can get this kind of food where were from, and I just know everyone will be comparing it. Maybe we'll try Le Cellier instead.

We ate there on DDP with CP there for xmas eve 2006 and it was wonderful as usual! It is ds(16) favorite place and we love it also. Food is fresh and simply prepared, service has always been excellent. We had no problem with DDP ; (paid OOP for DS to add shrimp to his filet meal). We have been there at least 5 times and even once on NYE when Epcot was crazy and still have had a great meal. We had to eat at 4pm for the 6:45 CP show, but it was arrival day and it worked out as a late lunch. Liked the CP package better when you could eat after the show, but now that the restaurant gives you your ticket, you must eat before. I would definitley recommend it and good deal with DDP.
