Downtown Disney

What's Downtown Disney like at the moment ? Sounds like there are a lot of closures, reduced car parking etc due to the construction. Is it still an ok place to hang out?

As far as I could work out, only Cap'n Jacks was closed - couldn't work out how much of the car parks might have been closed, but managed to find a parking space early evening, so guess they aren't too bad.

There were some green fences up, but I didn't notice them intruding too much. It was very busy though.

Parking lot H is closed (that's the one in front of Planet Hollywood between entrance 2 & 3

Parking lots I, J, K and L will close tomorrow. Those are the parking lots between planet hollywood and cirque du soleil, at entrances 3 and 4


Disney has announced that at peak times, it will open Team Disney parking lot, and provide shuttle transportation to DTD from there (that's across the road at entrance 3)
