Downtown Disney wind spinner vendor??

Hi - not sure this is the appropriate forum so please forgive me if I'm not in the right place.

Back in May of this my family visited WDW and during a visit to DTD i saw a vendor/kiosk selling Disney wind spinners. i really wanted one but had already maxed out my souvie budget :'o( . So I am hoping someone can help me locate the this vendor.

If a DISer has any info please message me?

The vendor is called Eycatchers.

You can buy their items online except their disney ones.
Unfortunally those can only be purchased in Disney.

I know they are at the Flower and Garden show. We got one two rears ago while we were in EPCOT. Then I saw them again last April in EPCOT. I have heard my that this was the only time they sold the Disney ones, but like I said, this is what I have heard. That info could be wrong. So I you have plans to go down in the spring look in the WS in EPCOT.

They were there last time I went (like 2 weeks ago) I just can't remember where! I think by the boat restaurant but don't quote me.

They are located in an outdoor kiosk across from the T-Rex Resturant.
