Downtown Disney guest services hours

Could anyone let me know what the hours are for guest services at Downtown Disney. I am expecting to get into WDW after 9pm, and would like to have an active AP in hand before I wake up to hit the parks the next morning.

I think they are open until 10 or 11 pm. I was in there 2 weeks ago & actually looked at the hours posted so I thought I'd remember for sure. I do recall thinking that I was a little surprised they'd be open that late. I'm pretty sure it's as late as 10 or 11 though.
