Downtown Disney area hotels

Hey there!

We've done the onsite Disney hotel experience...which we loved!

Now we will be moving within 6 hours of Disney, so we will be able to go more often (now we are an expensive 6 hour flight away!). We will have our own car now for our future Disney trips as well.

We love Downtown Disney and more importantly, Earl of Sandwich! Can anyone recommend a hotel within walking distance to Downtown Disney that is clean and reasonably priced? The more reasonable the better...so I can talk Dh into Disney trips more often!

You know, I was wondering that myself! We've stayed at POP...my girls loved it. If staying offsite near DTD isn't significantly cheaper, I have no reason to stay there. I guess once we nail down dates I'll take a look at all our options and decide.

I don't mind spending money, but for weekend getaways our time at the hotel will be for sleeping and showering and nothing more.
