Downloading MM

I've just downloaded my MM photos and yet again they come out in a jumbled mess, not in the order they were taken, am I doing something wrong, it is so frustrating trying to put them in order, it took me an hour to put them in day order, now I got to try and put them in time taken order. Help!

The dates on them are, I believe, the date they were created. So, if you created a copy of one of the pictures, the new copy is going to be dated the day you created it, not the day the original was taken. So, yes, your edited copies are going to be pretty jumbled. The only way to avoid this is to make your copies and edit your photos in strict order based on the order in which they were taken, and that's just not logical. I was tweaking and adding mine from all across my trip for the entire "edit" period.
