double tree resorts

Has anyone stayed at the Double tree resorts in Lake buena vista? any advice would be great. How are the resturants?

If I couldn't stay at a WDW resort or Wyndham Palace, I might stay at the Doubletree Guest Suites. We stayed there in June. The room had a musty smell to it. It was a bit shabby and needed a good serious cleaning (carpet and furniture had stains). It is a bit outmoded. The breakfast buffet was very good. Beds were okay, not as good as my DVC beds or GF beds, but still okay. The room slept 6, two double beds and one sleeper sofa. There was a refrigerator in the room. No dishes of any type like you find in a DVC studio.

If the choice was not going to WDW or staying at DTGS, I'd stay at the DT.
