My DH and I are leaving on 12/6 headed to WDW and I haven't decided what to type of strollers to bring for my 3 1/2 yr. old DD and 11 month old DS. We currently have a double Bob stroller, a single Bob stroller and a snap 'n go for my sons infant car seat. I'm not sure which is better to have with us??? Do we want to bring the double stroller so one of us can take both kids together if necessary, or is it better to take 2 so if we need to split up at the parks (for whatever reason) we can. I really can't decide, and I leave in 2 days! YIKES! Any ideas?:surfweb:

I would take the two singles if you'll be riding buses. It's much easier to fold down the smaller strollers (love the snap and go) than a big bulky double jogger.

Plus, if you want to split up to take the little one back for a nap or something you can more easily do that.

We are having the same debate over here. we have the double city mini and a single maclaren. Our kids are 13 months and 3.5 years. I have been thinking maybe bring the single foro our younger son and buy another inexpensive single for our older.

I wouldn't being the snap and go because you really can't see anything out of it when you are strapped in to the infant seat. Will your 11 month old happily sit/lay like that for long?

I would HIGHLY suggest two strollers instead of a double jogger. We have done that for three years in a row and I cannot imagine trying to navigate a double, and we go in September when it's usually quiet! It makes getting in and out of the parks so much easier because we can go single file or split up just a little bit from each other instead of all four of us having to stay together in a big group (which never works). Easier to park two single strollers, get them in and out of restaurants and stores, everything. :)

As mentioned taking 2 single strollers will give you more flexabilty then a double.
with crowds you will have an easier time navigating the small pathways. You can splitup to take the little one to the babycare center while the others are in line for attractions.

Buses, monarails and trams seem to be easier with single strollers then doubles.

Not sure if you will need snap and go with your 11month old, I had my son in regular stroller by 9 months. Being able to recline so they can nap in the parks seems esential to me.

Have a good vacation..
