Double Jogger from ABBF

Has anyone ever rented the double jogger from A Baby's Best Friend? We will have a 3 month old, one who will be turning 3 and a 5 year old. We'll bring a stroller for the baby, but I was wondering about renting the jogger for the two older boys because it's so much cheaper than the ones in the parks. However, we will be renting a van and I'm wondering whether it would fit in the van when folded. Does anyone have any experience or other suggestions? I have a bad back so I don't want to get stuck pushing an umbrella stroller that I have to hunch over.

These strollers are AWESOME! Easy fold, great for big kids, best canopy around (keeps kids in the shade) and so easy to push. I have a Baby Jogger and I love it so that's why I recommend these guys. It's more compact than the ones from ABBF yet has all the same features and a lot of better ones (namely the sunshade is so much better). Check out the demo from Baby Jogger's website:

It will easily fit in a minivan - it's wide but fairly flat when closed.

The double jogger we received from ABBF was lightweight, folded flat, and was 30" wide, which allowed it to be pushed through all Disney door openings with room to spare. My ds and dd loved it; it had lots of room, was very comfy, had lots of storage underneath for me, cup/cell phone/snack holder for me, VERY manueverable, and was like new. I don't know how they do it, but the thing was immaculate. We were very happy and the value can't be beat.

We are returning in January and I already have one booked.

The BJCM has a 50 pound total weight limit for the single and 100 for the double. the city mini is going to have a smaller easier fold than the instep that is at abbf as mentioned above it has an awesome canopy and has a higher seat back than most others the one thing I like the most about the BJ vs the instep is the ease of access in and out of the stroller for the older ones plus the bj is individual canopies. Have any of you checked out the budget board to see if one of the royal carriages' is available for your dates. These are stroller swaps and they are the same stroller as the one at abbf.

Yes, we passed through all doors with room to spare, even the monorail. Most public doors are 36" wide at least, and this stroller is 30" wide. Fantastic!

Thanks that is my little brother and my older daughter. This is my favorite pic of all time I like the collage type photo frames and I have this as a 5x7 in the center of the frame. It is an older pic but he went to Iraq the same time I was fighting my battle w/ cancer.


I know this isn't the double but this is a pic of my 8yr old in the BJCM single. This is actually a comparison photo for a stroller group that I belong to my mac is a little rough b/c the seat cover wasn't all the way attached. Juliette is 48" tall and she weighs just under 50 if not over now she hasn't been weighed yet and she fits comfy in it and you can see how high the back is.
