OHHHH rats!

I have not done well again this week.

EASTER CANDY!

But i think it is about gone.

As afr as i can tell i am still holding and havenot gained or lost anything.

still at just loosing 5 pounds totol

I am glad for that thoughi used to go through PMS and go way over what i have gone this week!

So i am pretty sure unless i really mess up the 5 pounds ae going to stay gone!

NOW going to the mall to day with DD hopefully we can eat good!
 
I dont know how I did it but I actually lost 1.2lbs this past week. I must admit it wasnt through healthy eating. Anytime I ate part of my solid chocolate Easter bunny with peanut butter, I had to subtract the points from somewhere else. Thank goodness all the temptations are gone. Let me rephrase that- all the Easter temptations are gone:thumbsup2

I dont know what my problem is but for some reason I am just not as intense as I was. I am finding it hard now to journal everything and stay focused. Any suggestions to get jump started back into dedication???:ssst:
 
It is sooo hard isnt it!

I am dedicated one week and the next i fall hard off the wagon.

So you are not alone.

I look at it this way, if i do it for 2 weeks amonth that is better than no weeks a month.
I think i have lost a little bit more but to be honest i have not even weigh myself for about a week and half i guess.

I am joining your double dippin droppin double digits weight loss group too!! We are going to Disney a week from Tuesday so I will try my best for the next week and then once I get back I am on it!!! I want to lose 50 more lbs before the October trip....a lofty goal but one that I think I can do!!

I have doen pretty good and i didnt even know i think i lost another 2 pounds or so........kind of hard to tell on these dang scales soemtimes!

But i have not done well to day!

BUT my Dh joined Weight watchers online so he can look up lots of stuff if any one needs any info let me know!!!!!!!!
 
Well a slow week is better than a gain I guess. I lost 0.2lbs this past week. I am really having problems when eating out and we are so busy, we have been eating out 2-3 times per week.

Finally I have managed to get to the scales and weigh in - and here are the results:

In the past 6 weeks I have managed to lose 7lbs ( 3kg ), and I have reduced my BMI from 25.8 (officially overweight zone) down to 24.4 (officially ideal weight zone) so I am really pleased - especially as I haven't kicked in with the exercise yet and have been eating out a bit too often and have even fallen off the waggon in a big way on 2 occasions (Easter and last weekend).

Another 7lbs to lose and I will be at my target weight for the cruise!

Totally that is awesome!

I am stuck at the lossing between 5 and 7 i keep fluctuating back and forth but i have been having PMS for about 3 weeks now. FINALLY TOM came to visit yesterday!!!!!!!!

So i now maybe i can get on track again!

This Menapause thing is horrible!:scared1:

BUt usually when i have it this bad i go up to 140 so i have stayed at or under 135 even through 3 weeks of it..........so i feel pretty good about it!
 
Hi haven't been here for a while
really not getting anywhere
but on the good side didn't put any weight on when I was on holidays last week ,
 
Finally a good week again. I lost another 2.2lbs!!!! I am now down 15.8lbs since I started! It has been a rollercoaster battle- really intense starting out and then loosing steam around the holidays- but I am back on track again!!

I really need to get back into exercising again. I have missed a week and have not started this week either yet. We just bought a purebred golden retriever puppy yesterday and he was my excuse for not going to the gym today. He is only 5 1/2 weeks old and needs alot of attention.
 
Not so good this week. I gained 1.6lbs. Hopefully most of it is water retention and I lose it easily next week. We will see. Not the best choices in eating this week and I did not exercise.

At least I was able to get to the gym today so hopefully I will get back into the habit of a workout and make up for my failure this past week!

I am still plodding along - I don't think I have lost any more weight but probably haven't put any on either. I'm not too bothered as I don't want to peak too early. I have now added a short stretching and toning up routine into the mix which I do twice a day, and the weather is slowly improving which will make me get up and take a walk every day once we hit May.
My next weigh in will be 25th May - and I just want to be below 140lbs.

Midwest cruisers: well done on your overall weight loss - you are headed in the right direction! Walking your puppy will take lbs off you as they need a lot of exercise!

Jackie - well done for not putting on any weight during your hols, I can't see us being able to say that after the cruise!:rotfl:
 
Sarah- I agree, the weather is definitely going to encourage increased exercise. We have been working on updating our landscape and once that is done I cant wait to go for walks and bike rides!

I have been trying to train our puppy to get use to walking on a leash and hopefully in a week or two he will actually walk a distance instead of biting at the leash and fighting being walked. Right now we would have to drag him and I dont want to scare him.

I lost another 2 lbs this past week. Kind of made up for the week before but with a little extra;) Ths coming week will either be very successful or very bad. We are having our neighborhood garage sale and I am not nearly ready. I will either be happy eating healthy because I will be so busy or I will be so stressed that I eat everything! Hopefully not the latter!

Well I somehow ended up losing 1 lb exactly this past week! We also did fairly well on our garage sale. We still have enough for another sale at the end of summer. Hopefully we can convince our neighborhood to have another sale at the end of summer. It seems to be more successful when you have 30-50 families involved!
 
It is sad to see that I am not the only one who has fallen off the weight loss wagon.... But with all that is going on in my house let just say it has been hard. I am happy to say that I did actually lose 6 pds and intend to get very serious about losing weight. I have to try and take better care of myself which is really a challenge. Angelina has not gone to school for 2 months now and it is really hard to exercise when she is home. I am hoping to start getting us all in the pool everyday. I did that at the start of last summer and had lost 20 pounds ( which managed to refind me).

i have lost a total of 8 pounds, sometimes 9.5. Depending on T.O.M.!:lmao:
 
I never really was able to get on the weight loss wagon but I am on it now.

I went to WW meeting on a Saturday and I started today. I've been good all day and I feel like I can do it now.
 
I too have fallen off the waggon for a while but I am re-starting again today!
I aim to lose another 7 lbs at least before we cruise so it is doable so long as I keep it up and stop all this yo yo behaviour. I also plan to start fast walking in preparation for the Race for Life I am doing on June 1st - hope I haven't left it too late! Good luck Aneille with your WW!
