I have had 2 good days as far as food is concerned - but the weather is so bad I have still not started any walking, neither have I made it as far as the swimming pool.
Food - Tuesday (working)
2 bananas
2 servings of leek and potato soup
1 plain bread roll
1 small bag of diet cookie things (cadbury highlights)
Food - Wednesday (day off)
oats-so-simple
lunch out with friends and I had a baked potato with tuna and side salad
(they had a 4 egg cheese & ham omelette with chunky chips (fried ptoatoes)each and shared a slice of cheesecake - so it took a lot of will-power to choose a healthy option, but I did feel really virtuous!!

a bowl of peach slices and chopped banana
small bag of low fat popcorn
cup of cadbury highlights hot chocolate drink
so I feel pleased with myself, but a bit disappointed that I haven't managed any exercise as yet.
