dizzi, go lightly candy? That made me laugh. We use a product called go lightly for bowel prep. Hope the candy does not work like that.:rotfl:

I have now decided on the date to start my weight loss / healthy eating / improving fitness campaign and it will be when I go back to work on 25th February ( have 2 weeks annual leave now and the kids are off for a week, so I don't hold out much hope for the next two weeks, so no point in being unrealistic).

Congrats Lynn!!! It looks like I am only down 1 lb this week. My official weigh in is tomorrow morning. I didn't have a great week - 3 work lunches in a row! I did get salads each time, but the dressing is a killer. So I am happy I am down at all this week!

I'm eating less , swimming and gym 4 times a week
and I'm still the same weight
 
i was the same weight for 4 weeks maybe 5.

So keep working on it Jackie............It will come especially with the swimming although you may be building muscle while dropping fat so you may not see a weight reduction for a bit longer.

I have been good to day but i am allwoing my self to have soem alchohol to night!! i have not counted points for alchohol in soemtime so if any one has any information on that it would be appreciated!

Well, I did good at work. Took lots of raw veggies to munch on. Then my very skinny friend came in with chocolate peanut butter bars she made. Why did I try them. Went back and had 2 more. Wish she would not do that but then wish I did not do it either. Oh well. Will try hard tomorrow.

I am down 2 lbs this week. 5 lbs total - 10 to go. The last 5-10 is always very hard for me to get rid of. I am going to try to go to the gym at work during lunch. I've been really busy lately and haven't been going, but hopefully things will settle down this week. Hope everyone else did well this week!
 
I lost another 2 lbs this week! Wish it was more but I guess this is safer. I am still doing Weight Watcher points on my own. Eating between 18-22 pts per day and working out at the gym on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's. I have been doing 30 minutes on the elliptic machine and then about 15 minutes of weights for my arms and legs. I will add in sit ups when my rib heals more. I am hoping to lose 30 lbs in 15 weeks but if I dont, I wont let that discourage me.

This week will be hard! My husband and I are planning on going to a restaurant for Valentines Day and then on Friday we are having a chocolate fondue with the kids. Hopefully I can limit myself!


Total lost in 2 wks- 5.4lbs.
 
Great Job Midwest Cruisers. I hope to lose some. We will find out when I go to WW on Thursday. I have been walking on my treadmill. We will see if it makes a difference.
On Sunday I leave for Tampa and my cruise with my Mom. I am going to try not to overdo it. I might get off my butt and go to the gym to use one of their treadmills. I am hoping to relax and read but my Mom always wants to go, go, go.
 
I have done badly the past 2 days i hope i have not screwed up my 3 pound drop.

I was sooo upset on Tuesday at work that i did not even count my points.
( i got moved to a different store with NO NOTICE) Long story wont tell it!
NOT HAPPY!

And then to day i am at the new store so i dont feel right and not in thegroove of ANYTHING so i at a whole cookie!

UGHHHHHHHH

I am upset!

But i will pull it out!!!!!!!!!
 
Dizzi- dont get so discouraged! You could have ate alot worse! Just choose a date to start back up and get focused again. :cheer2:
 
Oh Dizzi, don't focus on the cookie but on what you are doing right.I am sorry that your work did that to you. It reminds me of my job. You go in to work your floor and when you get there you find out you have to Float to another floor. I hate that. Every floor has there unit set up differently. All the supplies are different, different DR.s and different type of patients. It is enough to make you want to eat a cookie...or the whole pack.:)

But anyway i will do better i dont usually get back on the scale until saturday i did get on this morning and i am still down 2 pounds so that is okay!

I felt so out of place yesterday. i knew NOONE and i think i have to be there for 2 weeks maybe more.
I had to close the store yesterday. and i felt bad all evenign cuz i know i screwed soem things up and forgot to do soemthings when i closed.
But everything was knew and i couldnt find stuff i needed and after workign 10 hours you get to a point where you dont care and i hate when i get tot hat point.

Don't forget that you have 35 flex points every week!!! You'll be fine! Tonight was tough for me. Went out for dinner and ate lots of crap. But I was good the rest of the week.
 
Went and weighed in. Gained a pound. Go figure. I walked on the treadmill everyday. Guess I need to walk longer but I am building up to it. Also, Sunday I am leaving for my cruise. Hope I don't gain any. I am going to try my best not to overdo it.I will try to get off my butt and go to the gym on the ship.

I have done horribly the last 2 days. For whatever reason, whenever I start eating bad, I think oh well, might as well enjoy it for the day and then get back on the program tomorrow. I have to stop indulging myself on those days. It doesnt help that my husband bought me a large size Hershey's with almonds! My weakness! Also we had chocolate fondue tonight with the kids!

Tomorrow I am back in the program! No more chocolate!

I bought the kids lots of stuff for Valentines and of course i had to have some.
