Awwwww, a baby girl! Congratulations Jim and Tammie!

And a great big Welcome to Stacy as well - I will update the roster as soon as the board lets me edit the post. Something weird going on. :confused3

Just spent three days at Disneyland, so I'm on a Mickey high. ::MickeyMo So cute... my friend was visiting with her six-year-old and almost-two-year-old... the baby calls Mickey Mouse, inexplicably, "Apple". :lmao: He pronounces it as "Apo", so now everytime I see Mickey I hear baby Jaden's voice in my head, saying "Apo, Apo!!!" :rotfl:

How Cute! I bet you are having withdrawals! My DGS calls Minnie "MiMi". I love this age (2). Thanks for being our leader!

We're joining you.

We are:
Me - Tania
DH - James
DD - Sam (cruising one month before her 12th birthday)
DS - Blake (cruising one month after his 9th birthday)
We are in Cat 5 #7074.

We are doing a back to back :woohoo:. Booked on the 4 October Western.
Looking forward to 3 stops at Castaway Cay.

pirate: Welcome Tania and Crew! Wow! B2B!!! I am so jealous-You will be the ones lounging by the pool while we are lugging our bags off the shippirate:

Thanks for the welcome.

Yep that'll be us - sitting by the empty pool . No manic packing the night before either. Bliss!

Tania

hi all

i am still majorly considering booking the Sept doube dip for 08. Still going this Sept and hoping to book during the cruise. maybe can get a better price than what is being offered online right now.

I really believe for me taking at least one 7 night cruise a year is a major priority for here on out <G> Would love to get a 3 night in once a year too <G>

I am hooked and let's hope my pocket book is as hooked LOL.

:rotfl:

I totally understand! I actually started an occasional weekend job at another hospital to pay for cruise without restricting our already-tight budget (I am a budget task-master and I owe it all to Suze Orman....I LOVE her), but I am desperately trying to find some loophole in my system that would allow a little three-nighter in there somewhere......

A girl can dream.

Well I went on, booked for Sept 2008 cruise. If can get a better rate during this Sept's cruise, I can cancel today's and rebook with better rate.

So I just couldn't hold off I had to book today :cool1:

Booked HC room 7636, late seating for dining, and will celebrate birthday alhtough it's really a couple days prior to the cruise. DCL said no problem, so will celebrate it on Sunday Sept 28

Still have this coming Sept 7 night and it's six months away. I can barely wait for this and now to wait 18 months before this special cruise OMG. How will I ever make it :rotfl:

Hoping can get a friend to go in 2008. So far no one is available for this 2007 cruise so going alone. But hey on a cruise ship who is really alone? Although I truly hope a friend can go in 2008, if not then I go alone again. And all fellow cruisers will have to put up with me rolling around chatting to anyone and everyone.

So watch out for a middle aged woman, in a power chair that will be decorated with Disney plush character key chains (and who knows what else), and carrying a Pal Mickey and a plush Minnie dressed up each day and for dinner.

I am booked, that's my story and I am sticking to it :thumbsup2

ok guys, I have 6 months before crusing. if i don't stop making signs for the door, or designs for tshirts, designs for buttons etc... I am going to have over a 100.

now can you imagine how many I am going to have with 18 months of waiting and planning :rotfl2:

Ok next 6 months i work on for this year. Then once home immediately begin working on ones for 2008. ok so that is about a year of creating signs, buttons, designs to iron on shirts etc....

I need a 12 step program to curb me in making something every night :lmao:

really i already have WAY too many for this year. so OMG what am I going to do for 18 months??????:confused3

off topic: if interested in seeing pics from this past weekend at WDW celebrating St Patty's day check my online album: Shamrock Retreat

On main page are albums from this years Jan cruise. You will notice most pics are of Pal Mickey dressed up :goodvibes Ok I am overboard with Pal Mickey. :rolleyes1 But it's fun :)

Hi everyone,
I have been reading but been quite busy:

Two weeks ago we sold our house but did not have another bought yet:eek: It was quite stressful, but yesterday our offer was accepted and we settle on both houses April 30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are doing a Mickey Mouse bathromm, I am soooooooooooooo excited:banana: :cool1:  :cool1: We also decided to take a quick trip in December, I really want to go to the Christmas party but Dh can take off for a week so 4 days will have to do:woohoo:

Congrats to the newcomers, and congrats on the baby girl

Welcome Aboard Marsha! I'm glad you decided to join us after all!:cheer2:

Welcome Back Denise! congratulations on your house deals! A :mickeyjum bathroom! What fun! I am working on a Classic Disney Kitchen - it was already black and white. Have fun planning!

thanks for the "confirmed" welcome. I had been teetering on booking this since I got back from Jan cruise and booked this Sept. Now only have to find ways of getting thru waiting the 18 months for this cruise <G>

Hi All

hmm... Other then the Lime Green Mickey Heads, borrowed from Home Depot :rolleyes1 I've never decorated our door.

I'm starting to think I should Really make our doors pretty. Sept will be our Niece's, and my In laws 1st DCL !! :cheer2: So I will make 2 special door signs

Congrats and Welcome to all our New bookies!! :flower3:

I am frightened to say that I actually BOOKED this cruise  just a few days after booking my very first cruise for Oct 2007. I guess I'm thinking that we're gonna love that one so much that we must do another the next year...right? right? I figured at worst we'd get our deposit back - but this cruise just looks fantastic! This one is actually cheaper than the one I booked for this year - by a little bit. It just isn't like me to be plunking down $1000 deposits twice in one week....believe me!:upsidedow

The crew is me (43) and DH (49) and my two kids who will be 10 and 6 by the time Sept. 2008 rolls around (my 10 yr old will be almost 11).

I am REALLY excited to be going on my first cruise this Oct. (a Western) and this double dip to CC looked like the perfect fit. My DH isn't much of a WDW nut like me but he LOVES to eat - so I'm hoping the cruise will fit the bill for him.;)
