Your inlaws??? You're brave. I can't IMAGINE going on a cruise with my in-laws for 2 days, much less 7! Of course, you may be in a lot better shape with that ... my in-laws can't stand me. Such is life. They don't like spending time with my kids, either. And we're the SANE and stable ones in the family.

Anyway, I really wanted the Punky Brewster shirt, but they were sold out! So, I settled on the Rainbow Bright
I got my husband Run DMC.

HEHE< I have 2 shirts picked out for DH and I but we are going to TRY to come up with something on our own by Friday, I have some GREAT ideas for myself.

My mom is PAYING for our cruise, so I'm good with her going. LOL! She's in the room adjoining mine. She is SO excited about going, and I'm glad she is. She will enjoy being with her kids and grand kids - and one great grand kid.




It would be pure torture for my mil. We asked her once to go to WDW with us. We asked her in January, and our trip was in November. They could only spare ONE day for us, although we were there for about 10. My boys will never forget that. They are/were retired, too. They just needed to be around in case their OTHER grand kids needed them. You'd think they could make plans to do without her since they would have 10 months' notice!

I would just die if mine were THAT close. When my sister in law moved once, my mil moved into the same neighborhood as them! Walking distance!! Yikes. Noooooooooo thank you.

I am doing the cruise docs dance !!! Got them today! DD10 couldn't wait to tell me.....she was at the door waiting for me!

Okay - you're in Levittown and we're in Hatboro so you think he could drive another 30 minutes or so and deliver mine too!!!

The kids and I were walking home from the bus stop today and nearly got ran over by the UPS truck. I was so excited to see it going down my street that I didn't care and ran after it to find it stopped in front of my neighbor's house. No Brown for me...no docs!

I'd run too but it wouldn't be pretty!

Got my cruise docs tonight, but not my travelling companions. Pfishgirl check with your Mom to see if she got her docs delivered to her house.

Hi all. I just got home (have been running ALL day) so I have not even read what I missed yet. BUT there was a lovely envelope from UPS sitting on the coutner when I walked in. I told the kids it was the crusie documetns and Rio immediately shouted "Hurray--let's post dancing bananas on the DIS"

Funny, my inlaws are in Colorado also and we also get along well. We have cuised with them several times (including the TA--14 nights) and once when FiL was on a hunting trip MiL cruised on Princess with us and stayed in the same cabin (back then on Princess you could put 5 in a regular--interior-- cabin if one was under 3 which Rio was). It was a lovely week and I would not mind doing it again. I think very few people get along
that well with their mother's in law! Now, I love my own mother dearly but, well, I couldn't do that with her. In fact my mom arrives here for a 6 night visit tomorrow and I am torn between excitement to see her (she lives in Mexico and we see her every year or so only) and stress about seeing her

To those of you without docs--hang in there they will show up eventually. I know it is hard wantign those little booklets and not getting them.

OH MY GOSH!!! I'm in Dublin and drive through Worthington almost every day on my way to work (depends on if I take I270 or Snouffer over to Rt. 23). There's also someone who doesn't post very much who lives in Hilliard.

BTW, I see you're up to 10 posts now!

I actually work in Dublin. I am a nurwse and we have 3 offices one of wish is in Dublin! My daughter actually has a soccer game in Hilliard tomorrow night...lol. Small world!


Hey Val....my husband is from Illinois so we have a very split household when it comes to the Buckeyes! lol... he has lost the battle with the kids but the Illini vs OSU game is always interesting in our household!

The Reese story reminds of a story about a student my sister told me today. This little boy came up to her and said, "I dont' think this classroom is going to work out for me, could you change it?" It's the second day of school! Kids are priceless!
