Dorky Disboutiquing DiserSistas:Destination DisneyTeresajoys(true)version:TheEnd 1/23

Ok I'm back and No I did not just get done helping lucas with his writing!! When we were done we were tired so we took a nap then I had to go to work, when I got home I had watch me some olympics, then put the kids to bed! But now you have my undivided attention as everyone else is sleeping!!
You know that lydias dress is so fabulous that I hardly even need to mention it but I will anyway 'cuz (did it bleep me?) I know how much you enjoy the much deserved compiments.
Lydias marie dress is SOOOO French and lovely I can hardly stand it!
Maybe she was starting to fall backward and was using your face to maintain her balance so as not to fall and dirty her beautiful dress? Maybe?
I like hearing about the wonderful CMs that put the rest of the CMs to shame I hope you got his name and found a comment card!! Give that boy a raise!!
I love those days that you just have things fall into place and can just relax and enjoy!! :cloud9:
And you look so cute in your tiara- I love that they called you Queen!
We love playing around with the sombreros too! So fun!!
I checked my pictures from 2001 and we posed by the same troll but there is a different one in the background he has a longer nose and whiteish hair I can scan the picture and post it if your interested...
The Mulan you saw was the same one from our norway princess meal and she was soo sweet we loved her!!
But beware of mushu when we went in 2001 (prekids) my sister, her friend and I were posing with mushu and he had his hands a little to close to the bum area then is prudent for a disney character, and I don't think I like the way he's looking at you in your picture either :lmao:
I don't even know what to say about the mooning except "how rude!!" and YUCK!!
We did not explore the countries on our most recent trip and I was unaware of all the neat things they have for kids. Thanks for educating me!
I'm so glad Lydia got to meet marie!!! I bet that made the whole trip for her!! Although I feel a little sad that you ditched Belle but I'm sure she understands. Seeing as how lydia was wearing marie.
I bet Aurora was hot in the dress- Didn't you mention how blazing hot it had been?
:rotfl2: I actually laughed out loud at the picture of you and your fiancee' How cute are you two!! Brian wasn't jealous was he? After all didn't he get to go see pochontas at AK.
How sweet that Brian got you the parasol!! They look so pretty!
I love the monkees- We used to watch their show on Nickeloden at my grandmas (we didn't have cable) And Davy was the cutest one!!
I am a little confused at his wardrobe choice didnt he know he was at a disney theme park :confused3
How cool you got to talk to his family!!
Eeyore is such a poser!!
I love that family Picture- You all look so sweet!!
Those masks were pretty scary! :scared:
World showcase is definitely no Wishes!! I miss the parade that they used to have before the fireworks that was really neat!!
Well looks like a pretty Great Day!!
So did people really drink the beverly?? If they did, did you tape it? :rolleyes1

Check out Lydia's "stinker smile" in the last Photopass picture! I do NOT think that was an accident! Plus, when she saw the picture tonight, she started laughing hystericaly!

Lydia just loved meeting Marie!!!! It is one of her favorite things!!!
Arminda says her favorite thing was seeing the baby ducks right before we watched Wishes!!! We could have seen baby ducks right here in town at the park!! But, I think it's swee that something so simple is one of her favorite memories!

As I was having my picture taken with Aladin, you can see I was actually looking at Brian! Well, you can't see Brian in the picture, but he is why I am looking in that direction!

That is very cool you had the same Mulan!!!! I just love those hugs she gave!!!!
Thanks for the Mushu warning!!!!

live from disney world, i am up at 4 in the morning reading your trip report. i love it. the picture of the whole family that the cm called you over for is great. my fave part though is where you tell the girl to hold down her skirt that is so miss cammie of you. so funny. i wish i had said something yesterday when 4 teenagers decided to set a good example by riding around the baggage carousel while we were waiting for our luggage.
the girls customs are beautiful. i love that arminda changed during the day that is great. and i am so glad that you told me about all the epcot characters, i heard about them but never met any. i dont know why we always seem to rush thru the world showcase. thanks again for the great update.

Anther great TR!

The customs are so pretty!

Love your crown!:rotfl: I think we should all have crowns for the Wdw!

I am so happy you got to meet Marie! Isn't WDW magical! I love when things just work out.

You need to post a picture of you with your parasol! Nik got one when she was 4 and she uses it as her umbrella a lot! It is so cute1 My sil ought it for her becuase she thought all little ladies needed one;)

What a DARLING video of Lydia with Marie!! What a dolly she is!!

I'm glad y'all didn't get assaulted by the Perfume Ninja!!!:scared1:

LOVE Lydia and Arminda's outfits!! The Marie dress was so cute! You are a fabulous designer my friend!!

Corey sure does look like his mama! He's got your smile all the way!!!

wonderful installment!!! I needed a pick me up...some pictures of Disney when it's SUNNY.

there is no sun at Disney now...or tomorrow...or EVER...until the day we leave.

:headache:

can't wait to hear more!! OH my gosh, I'm going to miss y'all while I'm gone!

 :sad1:

Loved the update! It sounds like you had a great day. :goodvibes I especially loved the picture of Spaceship Earth wearing Mickey ears! :)

We're also extremely impressed by all the outfits you made for all your kids and nieces! We've been looking through pictures to post in our TR from our trips to WDW when we were little, and we're horrified by our outfits, which mainly consisted of neon green and orange leggings with mismatched socks. :scared1: I wish we had worn custom Disney dresses! The Marie dress is beautiful! Love the ruffles on the back. :thumbsup2

Oh Cooool!!! You are AT Disney!!!! Oh, I wish I were there too!

I brought along my backpack for my purse, so we could put her extra clohting in there. It was a lot of fun!! Make sure you check the times for the characters, and remember that sometimes you do have to wait for them to come back. I hope you get some great character interaction too!

Apparently, I would. Thank you HeatherSue for opening my eyes to such a HORRID offense.

I am pretty sure we can forgive you! ;)

LOL! Yeah, I did get that backwards....Brain's working faster than fingers....
See Heahther!
:rotfl: This is a wonderful TR
Hmm, are you laughing because my TR is funny, or you think it's funny that you said it was wonderful! ;)

YES! everyone needs a tiara!!! Heather had one too, but I think it might have given her a headache. I have three, Aurora, Belle and Cinderella! This one was Aurora.

I think I have a picture with me and the parasol for my next installment. :thumbsup2

I'm glad you liked the video! It annoys me to hear my voice in the background! I tried to edit it out but couldn't get it right! Thank you for the compliments on Lyddy's dress!!

Thank you! :worship: I think Corey resembles me just a little bit, but everyone around here is quick to correct me if I suggest that!

I'm sorry there is no sun! But, at least it's Disney!

What? no prasie for Davy Jones??? ;)

We will miss you too!!!!!!!!! :sad2:

I'm glad you all like the outfits!!! (It still crackys me up that you are more than one person!)

Neon green!?! Well, you were Disers even at such a tender age!!!

Thank you, I really liked those ruffles too, once I finished ruffling them!

hi girls i am live from disney in the rain. i just want to say when you plan your trip for custom clothes, avoid hurricane season. mia has had to wear a nemo raincoat over everything. my dad keeps laughing at me because if the line is covered i take off her raincoat. the weather is pretty yucky due to fay, but the good news is we went to magic kingdom yesterday and finished all that tgm had us do by 11:30. so just remember look at the weather before you start to sew, if i come in aug again , someone will have to help me make custom rain ponchos:lmao:

I love that you have a few tiaras! I want one! And a boa in honor of Karen! :rotfl:

Epoct is usually my least fav park but now i am actually looking forward to it!

I forgot to mention that the kids and I LOVED the Corey's Hat on the "Hockey Ball at Apricot." LOL
He is so clever.

Last night I told John your "moon over Epcot" story and he was :scared1:

Then he said he would never tell the person, and that he probably would have called all his friends and had them come see it.
First, I said, "When have all your friends been with us at WDW?"
And second, I said "I don't think so."

I probably would not have had the nerve to say something, but I bet my SIL would have!

That's just gross. I can't deal. Who wants to ride on rides that she's sat on. Ewwww.....

He's COOL! That's why he's wearing it! :snooty:

Heather decorated that picture of Aladdin and I! I about died laughing when I opened the Photopass and saw that!!!!

I THINK she just got that BACKWARDS!!!! Little Miss Merry Sunshine I shall ALWAYS be!!!
at least to people who dont' know me!

WHO would write WALA??

(Get it, do you get it???? SCOOP!!!???!!! :rotfl2: Cause Marie is a CAT!!! :rotfl2: )

I wrote the smelly garbage line just because I knew you'd get a kick out of it!
1. ::yes:: sure!
2. I'm glad you got a laugh out of that!
3. ::yes:: sure!
4. LOTS of people around here write "wala" or "walla" instead of "voila". I was never quite sure if it's a new catch phrase, or not. I guess we all couldn't be super-cool French taking high schoolers. :sad2:
5. Yeah...I get it...
6. Thank you, my dear!

Apparently, I would. Thank you HeatherSue for opening my eyes to such a HORRID offense.
You are forgiven! :rotfl2: You are not the only one, by far!

LOL! Yeah, I did get that backwards....Brain's working faster than fingers....
No, you had it right the first time! ;)

wonderful installment!!! I needed a pick me up...some pictures of Disney when it's SUNNY.

there is no sun at Disney now...or tomorrow...or EVER...until the day we leave.

:headache:

can't wait to hear more!! OH my gosh, I'm going to miss y'all while I'm gone!

 :sad1:
The no sun thing sounds great to me!!! At least it won't be so HOT!

I forgot to mention that the kids and I LOVED the Corey's Hat on the "Hockey Ball at Apricot." LOL

:rotfl: :lmao: I can just hear this conversation between you and John now! I know he would have been shielding his children's eyes!

EW!!! I hadn't thought about her sitting on rides with her bare bum!! EW!!!!

The outfits are so pretty and look at you with the costume change! Good Job Mom!

I was cracking up at the PP with "the hand"!!! That is too funny! :goodvibes

I love Corey's pics too!

Man, I had a big long quote going on here and my internet crashed. I was so disappointed it took me days to get back here. Anyhow, I think I said some stuff like I really want to check out the ride and pavilion at Mexico but every time I have been there I have had a child sleeping in a stroller! I love the girls' outfits! You crackied me up with the girl that was mooning China :sad2: Those are great family photos while you were waiting for Snow White. LOVE the whole Marie incident! How great that Lydia got to meet her! I love that Marie loved the dress. The video is so cute. That was very good of Aladdin to recognize Arminda's outfit as a Jasmine outfit--him being a guy and all. That "we're engaged" photo of you and Aladdin is :lmao: Love the parasols. They have always had them at Disneyland and I always wanted one...ever since I was a little girl... I'll just say nothing about Davy Jones, other than what was all that fuss over his shirt? Did no one notice his stylin' zipper pants? :confused3

Um, we watched the video three times in a row so I thought I had responded, but with a squirmy six year old on my lap and a nine year old pointing out Arminda's giggle, I guess I forgot!

Great installment, we have never met Marie either. How awesome for Lydia!

Sorry, no new installment yet, but with all the kidos in school full time now, I should be able to work on that this week!

I love that you have a few tiaras! I want one! And a boa in honor of Karen! :rotfl:

Epoct is usually my least fav park but now i am actually looking forward to it!
I never use to like Epcot either until last year when we just took the time to enjoy it and see all the characters!

I'm glad you liked Corey's creative photography!!! I got quite a kick out of it!

I love the conversation you and John had about the Mooner! I was hesitant to post her picture at first, but then I figured there was really no way that would embarass that girl!

EEWWWW ICKY ICKY EWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!! It had not occured to me that she was going to sit her stinky icky bare behind ON rides!!!!!!!! EWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The outfits are so pretty and look at you with the costume change! Good Job Mom!

I was cracking up at the PP with "the hand"!!! That is too funny! :goodvibes

Ok, first of all, I totally agree with you about Davy's pants!!!!! I found them much worse than the Batman shirt! But, still better than last year!

I'm glad you liked the picture of me and my fiance!!

You need to get a parasol Jeanne!!

That is funny you watched the video three times! Whenever I watch something the kids like we end up watching it over and over again too!!!

Ok, I wil try very hard to get another update up by Friday!

Hi!!! I really, really, really need (er...want) the curtain dress from Enchanted. Someone referred me to you, and I saw the pictures of the one you made--it's fantastic!!! Did you use a pattern? Where did you get the fabric? If I brought the fabric and stuff to a seamstress or someone, do you think they'd be able to do it?

My e-mail address is kaitlinraftus@ yahoo.com (without the space between the @ and "yahoo"); any advice/help is VERY much appreciated!!!
