Good morning Doe!
Doe's gonna be a FIRMie! Doe's gonna be a FIRMie!
Yeah Doe!
When you start your FIRM workouts, please be sure to join us over on the weekly FIRM thread. I have officially been FIRMing for a year now and I love it! I started seeing results pretty quickly and if I could just get my eating under control, I know I will definitely lose more fat.
I love what you said about having routines, Doe! It makes so much sense! I guess that since I have become a stay at home mom, I have figured that I don't need a routine because I have lots of time on my hands. However, the opposite has proven to be true for me. I always have to do lists that need to be done and I feel like a failure when I don't get them done. If I can get back into a routine, then maybe I will have more free time on my hands and won't feel overwhelmed by all that needs to be done. This will be especially helpful for me when I start homeschooling Emily full time next year and Caley part time. Routines were such a part of my life when I taught 5th grade and I accomplished a great deal. Now, if I can translate that to my homemaking and homeschooling, then maybe I won't feel as stressed and overwhelmed!!!
Thank you so much Doe for sharing that idea and your thoughts on it with us!!!!
Sorry about taking over your journal, Doe.
Have a wonderful day!!!!
P.S. Sending you a PM.....
