Dopey's pre-trip ramblings

Hello everyone. It's nearly time for Grumpy and I to board that eight and a bit flight from Gatwick to Orlando (praying to every God there is that our screens are working-I'm hoping for Shrek 3 or Run Fatboy, Run).
Grump is worried that our plane tickets have yet to arrive, but our Mickey's Not So Very Scary Halloween Party tickets are safe in the 'ticket drawer' (behind the white handbag-but that's another story)!
This time around, we will be taking a 3 day trip to New York to celebrate my 40th year on the planet-in the middle of the Orlando trip-I literally cannot wait-having poured over people's NY trip reports-I WILL have that photo taken with Fireman Donald and Liberty Minnie in the NY Disney Store!

Was wondering if anyone else will be over in WDW between October 11 and 23?? If there's a few of us, we could meet up for a drink and perhaps a meal?
