I think that is standard shipping which takes 10 - 20 business days to arrive. If you call back tomorrow, you should be able to get a tracking number.

I ordered last monday also and have not yet gotten mine. They didn't give me a tracking number, but I don't think they have it at the time of my call to order. They would have it after they collected the merchandise and packed up or whatever for mailing. Hopefully they come soon for the both of us! I may call tomorrow for a tracking number just to see when it might get here.

I am new to posting on this thread, but I have been following it. I had read about the purses prior to my December trip and so they were top on my list of things to buy.

I could not find the white sketch, in any version, in MK or the Grand Floridian. When I was in Uptown Jewellers on our last day I saw the medium and wristlet in the black Wonder print and I was over the moon. I am not a huge fan of white purses, but the black was right up my alley.

Long story short they did not have the large size and I really would have preferred it to the other sizes. I like a shoulder bag, not an arm bang and a wristlet is not practical for me.

I had a long conversation with a CM about the bags and she expressed regret that they had not received the large bag yet. So I did some other shopping and went to pay. While I was at the counter the CM I spoke to came rushing over. She was so excited to find that the large bag had come in and they were just now unpacking it. She set out to find me and I am so glad she did!!

I got my bag!!! I got my bag!!! And I love it. I had to pack my travel purse ( a cross body traveller) because there was no way I was packing up my third child, I mean my new bag. It rode the plane home, just like I did!!

Anyway, I just wanted to share in the excitement that these bags have brought to many a Disney fan.

I think it is a great idea if we help each other out. It is pretty simple concept, no money, no purse .

I am going to DL in less than three weeks and I will be posting on what, if anything, that I find there. Maybe that rumored DL blue purse will magically appear while I am down there . On my two purchases now from DW Merchandising I have paid $55 in shipping. That is just plain crazy! I might be hitting you up on your offer jennabenna if I dig the wallet or the cross body bag

Oh I cannot wait to see if they get a blue one! Though I really would rather have pink!

just spoke with a cm at disney mail order. she said that they have no stock of dooney right now but are taking backorders . she also said that they are only taking orders for the first 2 patterns, not for the new one with minnie. according to her, they know nothing of this third version. i explained that i had heard they were in the parks, but she said mailorder has no info on those. anyone get different info over the phone on this????

I placed my order on New Years Eve, and at the time it was back-ordered. I got a message from my credit card letting me know that the purchased has been processed on yesterday. I just called and the customer service person told me that yes it is on the way !! That did not take long at all. They told me it might be a while. I ordered the Large White Tote for $175 before taxes.

Can't wait!! A friend of mine told me that she didn't think that I should carry it but just keep it as a collectors items .

So for those that are wondering. It wont take that long

its hard to say ..shipping is rediculous. i would say you are best off to purchase a bag off ebay -- the shipping is ALOT cheaper. i highly doubt the sketch print or black multi mickey print will still be available in june since weve already heard theres a new print on the way

I would say that if you want the sketch pattern or the wonder pattern and you aren't going until June, you better either order it directly from Disney and suck up the shipping (too high) charges or order one of off E-bay. At the rate the patterns and bags have come out so far, I would think that these will be gone by June and others may have taken their place and I would hate for you to miss out on one of these awesome bags. I got both the sketch and wonder in the larger totes and I absolutely love them! I can't wait for the next one! Thanks again to Hallowishes (or not!) for beginning/enabling our addictions.

I got my black barrel bag yesterday and I love, love, love it! Everyone keeps saying it looks so much better in person and I have to agree with them. The zipper is really cool too!

I called Disney today and my bag is FINALLY on its way!!!

I ordered it on December 6th and it shipped out yesterday!


It is the original white tote bag!
