Dooney & Bourke Disney collaboration ~ part 4

and I just ordered to get the credit card thingie. UGH! I was going to wait until my $40 Disney gift card arrived from doing the phone DVC tour and hope for a 20% or 25% sale before ordering, but settled for free shipping and the 10%. Had been anticipating buying my mom the 40th anniversary cross body in a couple months, guess it's coming now

and when that $40 gift card shows up I guess it'll get put away for another time or the trip I'm thinking about in the Fall....

I STILL need to post pics of my blue cross body and I managed to get a BNWT Pop Princess bucket with prime Belle placement off eBay as well ... oops!

I'm still waiting for my $40 gift card too. I was hoping it would get here before my trip this weekend, but it's not looking too good.

Congrats on your princess bucket! I was eyeing that one for the placement, but I already have a princess bucket with Snow White and Sleeping Beauty featured on the front.

Did anyone try using the iPad Disneystore app to order the credit card holder? I did and it shows up in the list of items if you search for Dooney. I was able to put five in my cart. Now I didn't try to check out because I want to use ebates but I thought it was interesting that if you use the app, you could order the credit card holder by itself. But I'm guessing when you try to check out, it won't work.

I just can't believe the timing of that. I ordered 5 Lucy Sketches last week (hoping for good placement on one and maybe selling another one to another board member here and returning the rest). I could have placed five separate orders and gotten five holders. One Lucy is enough to get free shipping per $75 which they always seem to have. Oh well. I did call today to see if I could get the credit card holder added to my order since it hasn't shipped yet. It was too late for her the add it but she said she sent an internal email to have it added. I'm skeptical though. I'm placing an order for a wristlet though so I can get a credit card holder in case my other order doesn't have one. And why doesn't Disney realize how much more money they could make by selling this stuff in the parks??

My husband tells me that it is so slow because of all of our moving cute pics on our siggies. But it can be slow part of the day and then later faster, so I don't think that is the cause

Ok I posted a nice long post before lunch, and now I see, it never actually posted! These boards are driving me nuts lately!!! Let's see if I can remember what I posted.

On the question I asked of which bags, have the large inner compartment separated, I know the demin does. The red and white champsac does also? Does the comic satchel?

My black and white striped Mickey tote has a zipper compartment that runs the length of the bag that splits it into two sections (well three if you count the middle zippered part as another section.)

I was contemplating purchasing a bag to get it, but decided I would be good and wait until my trip so I can pick out the placement I want. There are a few bags I want on which the placement wouldn't matter, but I'm planning on getting at least 2 on our trip, so I decided I need to hold off for awhile

Back to Dooneys, I just got the shipping notice for the bag that I ordered last week and no one called about the credit card holder. Oh well, it was worth a shot. I'm glad I ordered one.

You have to spend $50 for the DRVC member code. I think I read a PP said the code won't work with the cc holder.

I just did the same on my iPhone. I hope it goes through. I was going to get a wristlet, but don't really need it. That will be my back up plan if this order gets canceled.

Is the $50 prior to shipping? Also, sometimes it helps if you are already signed into the disneystore.com account. Good luck

You have to be signed in for it to work. They have to know you really have a disney visa registered on the account. Did you try doing after you were signed in???

Please don't feel stupid. The only reason we knew that is because we had to learn all that at one time also. You are just fine. This is why we are here, to help each other outThe only stupid question is the one not asked. These sites make it very difficult and never tell you how to do it.
