A little update...
I got the large sketch a week or so ago and posted pics. I had great placement with lots of minnies and mickeys, etc. Then I noticed the stitching was unraveling. I posted about all of that, but wanted to review.
The customer service rep told me that he was emailing me a shipping label. I asked if UPS would pick it up and he said I had to bring it to a UPS store. Well, I never got the label. Was going to call the following day (after waiting for 3 days) and UPS comes to my door looking for the package. I told the guy that I didn't have it ready since I didn't know he was coming. He gave me the label and he told me I'd have to drop it at a UPS store.
I wrote to disney and nicely explained my frustration about the quality control on an expensive bag, the rep who gave me incorrect info, and the fact that I wanted to use my bag for a specific event this weekend, which would now not happen. They were very fast and cordial, offered me a $10 gift card, AND called me to double check to make sure I was satisfied.
Bad situation that could have gone worse!!!! Shipping confirmation shows that the bad purse just reached Memphis. Now I just have to wait for my new one and hope it has great placement again!
