Hi a question for those of you who have sold your disney dooneys. I have a white medium sketch 2 cindy tote that I have never used and want to sell. Where have you had better luck selling.. on ebay, facebook group page, or craigslist? Appreciate your suggestions. Now that I have the 40th print, I am planning on using that one

I have mostly lost money on eBay But, might try again to get rid of some bags and get something else Craigslist, I have never used for anything so I have no idea what it's like.

What about a trade/for sale board?

It figures it comes back at Disneystore the same day mine ships from a private seller. But I paid less than retail, so I'm happy... Can't wait for it to come!

Thanks Daizieduck. I ordered the mini margot purse. They are still accepting the DOONEY code for the cosmetic bag. Price is now $15.01. Also got the 10% off for disney visa and free shipping at SHIPTODAY since the order was more than $75.00. I have the crossover but is has no width. I hope the 2 inches width on the mini margot will make all the difference, however, since the margot is an inch shorter and 1/4 inch smaller in length I am really only gaining 3/4 of an inch. I guess I will find out when the purse arrives.

Now I just "had" to order it too - hope you're happy!
I'm soooo happy you posted that - I've been waiting for that bag! I used the SHIPTODAY code, the DOONEY code, & the Disney Visa code (DRVCMEMBER) & the total came to less than what the bag retails for - & that's for both the bag & cosmetic case! Howerver, they did cahrge me $4.95 for "free" shipping, so I'll have to call them to get that credited.

I've tried reading through this thread, but didn't make it through ALL the pages. Can anyone help me regarding strap length? Mostly I want a bag that has some room in it, but isn't huge....yet I don't like short straps on shoulder bags. I'm looking at a couple of the tote styles but can't find measurements on most of the strap lengths...is there somewhere I could find this info? Or does anyone know approx how long these are, or which would be my best bet?

I like that the tassel tote has a zipper, so if the straps are close to the same I may go with that....

I just got that one and the strap length is great. I hate short straps or ones too long and this is perfect. It's not sitting under my armpit like a lot of purses do

Thanks so much for responding - I went ahead and ordered it since it's on sale. My best friend's oldest DD benefitted from Make-a-Wish so I'm happy they will get 5% as well!

pArKsFaN - I think you made a good choice. I have the wonder tote. The strap is 24 inches long - so 12 inches height. It is OK in warm weather but I can not put it on my shoulder when I have on a heavy coat. I hope to pick up the 40th messenger bag in July if I can find one whose print design I like.

We just stayed at AKL as part of our last trip and loved it too! DD keeps saying that is where she is staying when she plays "the airplane game" and flies off to Disney World.

I fell in love with the 40th messenger and got it for my birthday from DH and told myself that I did not need the matching wallet and then saw the perfect one and bought that too

Spanky - thanks for the info! I really like the 40th messenger too...but I want to be able to put my DSLR camera in my bag at times so I think it would be too small for the parks. Contemplating a wristlet or wallet though....
